The order arrived incorrectly
The order arrived incorrectly, no customer service phone number and I still haven't received my money back yet. The only contact info XLMOTO has is by email and replies are slow!! You are also going to lose money when you make a return minimum of 10€. I don't want exchange, I want my money back!!! The reply below from XLMOTO is B.S. I still have not received one penny of my money back!! Even though I have received an email dated 29/07/2021 confirming they have received the return of the items! These guys are very fast to take your money but VERY SLOW to give it back, especially makes me angry because the problem was their faulty website!!

Delivery never arrived
Delivery never arrived, made a claim with the company and spent the past two weeks in dispute with still no solutions. I've been speaking to customer service but they ignore half my emails
After a few weeks confirmed the package was lost and are issuing a full refund.
