improve in handling of returns is required. Quick responses from kundtjänst
I returned my first order in two parts, One part contains 3 and second contains only one. Upon my return email notification of the first return i was informed about only two. After some emails with kundtjänst i was informed all are received. Still invoice needs to be updated in klarna. Other than that the over all purchase was good. I bought many stuff from xlmoto and i will keep buying more.

Thank you for your review. We always appreciate when our customers gives us feedback. That gives us the opportunity to find possibilities of improvement.
Nevertheless the information stated by you does not come close to reality. We have never stated that we do not recognize the possibility of your helmet to be lost in transit.
We handle returns when they arrive at our main warehouse in Poland. That implies that the parcels has to travel all the way back to Poland from Sweden. This takes time. The drivers can not drive faster than the legal speed limit and there is a geographical factor.
All of your returns have been handled and refunded, including the claimed helmet that got lost in transit.
As stated before, we appreciate our customer giving us feedback, but we also appreciate that the feedbacks contains information that is true, certain and objective.
We would appreciate if you could revise your review with information that is veracious.
