These gloves are so very good and work in all weathers. They are so good that I have had them for 3 years now. Not because they are worn out but I needed a couple of extra so I ordered the same again.
Perfect to wear when you want to handle your mobile phone works great.

Has anyone had problems even searching for their order on order status? I type in my email and ordernummer and it is telling me it’s wrong. Have emailed them and tried calling them but not had 1 single reply yet. Had I seen these reviews before I would not have been ordering.

Shipping takes forever.
Status at PostNord has been "registrered" for a week. This is a product that was in stock according to webite. Lousy service......cannot be trusted (and this is not the first time I have experienced this!)

Nice experience when you actually get your products. The stock status on their website is simply wrong. There is a 50% chance of getting anything you order. Most likely you will hear nothing from them for about 1 month, then they wake up telling you that due to technical issues some of the ordered items are not available. They will instead send you a package with the ones that they happened to actually have on hand. I mean come on, react faster, and fix your damn "technical issues".

And no, these are not isolated occurrences.

I order a jacket XXL size and got XL twice, after returning the jacket over and over again. Support is not responsive at all and they don't have a phone number to call and resolve issues faster. Sometimes emails go without a response for 4-5 days during weekdays.

After a month of trying to buy my jacket online and always getting the wrong size I finally gave up and asked for my refund and got it in 3 days.

Funny enough when I was emailing them that they keep sending the wrong size they wouldn't answer my email for a whole week but when I emailed asking for my money back they replied within an hour.

I like their products, reasonable prices but support needs to be improved a lot.

the helmet arrived quickly and was in perfect condition, just one size too small but that is our fault. I have returned it and hopefully a larger size will be on the way soon. I would defiantly buy more from XLMOTO in the future

Shocking service !Placed an order on 20th April DHL courier says can’t deliver as no one at home . Then DHL can’t find the package . Provide all emails from DHL to Xlmoto confirming the loss of goods and requesting a refund only to be told by Xl that DHL says package has been delivered. Once again provide email from DHL to Xl saying it’s lost and Xl want me to sign a sworn declaration to compare to DHL . Compare what to DHL I ask ? Get nothing in return ! Still waiting for a refund . What a shocking company ,wish I had read reviews before ordering from this site . Will be also leaving a response on all social media about this site .Avoid at all cost or it will cost you ££££££

Good products at decent prices. Some nice items in the sale if you are looking for a bargain.
