XLN is a dishonest company
XLN is a dishonest company. Do not do business with them. They withdraw money from my account without permission and they do not help at all when there is a problem.
I personally used their service and I regret it. For months, my internet service was not activated. They always make excuses and delay the process. Despite this, they continue to take money from my account regularly.
Customer service is extremely poor. They are rude, not helpful, and they even hang up the phone on me. I have tried many times to solve the issue, but nothing has been fixed.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company.

Just had Daisy at it Again
Just had Daisy set up a direct debit without my knowledge, my approval or signature. Total scammers. And not one person in the whole organisation has ever revealed their name. I wonder why? Be very wary of this rogue operation. Their high level rating on Trustpilot is very suspicious.

Agreed a two year deal with XLN/Daisy…
Agreed a two year deal with XLN/Daisy fixed price £27 plus VAT. Billing comes out at £47 ! Turns out they have what are known as opt out add on charges where they bill you for services you never requested? So I go on line and have an exchange with Ryan who is obviously having a bad day. He won’t accept that add on charges have to be mutually agreed on signing of the contract, he reckons they can be added on later, anyway he refused to refund what has been overpaid so I will be taking matters to Offcom, don’t trust these Bandits!
A company can't just add services to a signed contract and make you deal with it; they need your explicit, informed agreement to those new terms, similar to how a new offer would be presented

Avoid If You Depend on Your Phone Lines for Business
This company is shockingly incompetent and irresponsible. All they offer is empty assurances and misleading information. I had broadband and two VoIP phone lines with them for my business. Around midnight, all services went down — broadband and both phone lines — without warning. As a restaurant that relies heavily on phone orders, this is not a minor inconvenience; it is business-critical. I first tried their online chat, which claimed a four-minute wait time. I waited over thirty minutes with no response. I then called support and waited twenty-five minutes just for someone to answer. My call was then transferred three times between different agents, wasting over forty minutes in total. Eventually, one agent informed me that my line had been “slammed,” claiming that another provider had somehow taken over my broadband and phone services. This was presented as if it were normal. Apparently, anyone can just take over a long-standing business line without consent — which is either a serious security failure or complete nonsense.I have run this business for years. My account (4874893) has always been paid by Direct Debit, with no missed payments. Despite this, I was left without any clear explanation, no confirmed resolution time, and no urgency from their side. Because of their failure, my restaurant was left without phone lines for takeaway orders on our busiest trading days, putting thousands of pounds of revenue at risk. The support staff were slow, unhelpful, and dismissive, and the entire experience shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. If you rely on broadband or phone services for your business, avoid this company at all costs.

Disgraceful misleading company- do not use
Wish I'd have read the reviews before agreeing to use this company.
Sales advisor PROMISED me all cancellation fees with my other company would be paid off if I transferred.
This is NOT the case, and I'm potentially now £700 out of pocket.
I've asked for call recordings of this initial call.
DO NOT USE.

New XLN/Daisy Telephone account Nov25 till this day NO joy other than paying them for nothing.
Took this contract in November 2025 with great expectations. Confirmed a complete changeover from the previous provider in the early days of December. till this time NO news. Money taken twice from the direct debit but NO incoming calls ONLY outgoing calls possible. It is a total disgrace. I haven't even got a single mail confirmation other than text messages. Not even a mail confirming my account number. NO handset received. it is the 3rd month. NO incoming calls whatsoever.

There should be a Zero Star
There should be a Zero Star - Shocking company!!
They plagued me with phone calls to take on their service, from day one the internet either did not work or continually dropped out, no wi-fi, machines stopped working mid production causing loss of jobs and materials.
Constantly told it was our fault/our building/ BT Outage, the list goes on... they send an engineer out who says its their router, nothing wrong with my supply, then try to charge me for the engineer!
Strangely they added some 'assurance' to my account without me asking, I wondered why the bills had gone up so much, then the irony that they say as I cancelled the 'assurance' I have an engineer charge. Absolute Scammers!
I have contacted Ofcom, I am not alone it seems, I need a SARS report from them to take the matter further and strangely they have not supplied this.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I really wish I had read the reviews here, people with EXACTLY the same problems here and stuck with BT after 3 years of not dropping so much as a minute of connectivity
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

Just moved across our broadband and phone. We need some technical help as the phone will not work and I cannot get through on the phones or access the website to live chat. Great start. Finally got sorted but took a long time on the webchat. Would have been much quicker to be able to talk on the phone.

AVOID
AVOID - Very Poor Service, Misleading Sales Information, and Unfair Charges
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this broadband provider. The service was unreliable from day one. The internet frequently dropped out, failed to work, or ran at such slow speeds that it was unusable. Despite contacting the technical team on numerous occasions, the issues were never resolved. During several calls, the technical team acknowledged that the service had been problematic from the start and only got better 4 weeks in!!
I was also misled at the point of sale. I was told over the phone that the service was full fibre, which it later became clear it was not. I was also assured that the speeds would be faster than my previous provider (Sky), which was not the case. The service performed worse, not better.
The router was delivered on the final day of the cooling-off period, meaning I had no fair opportunity to properly test the service before that period expired. As soon as it became clear the issues could not be resolved, I escalated the matter immediately. I ultimately had no choice but to cancel and move to another provider.
Despite cancelling due to ongoing faults, I was charged an Early Termination Fee of over £200 for a service that did not work. On top of this, I was also overcharged on my final bill, as I was billed up until 31 December even though my contract ended on 18 December.
The company later claimed their diagnostics showed the service was operating within guaranteed speeds and refused to refund the cancellation fee. This response completely disregards my real-world experience, the repeated outages, and the misleading information provided at the point of sale.
Overall, I found the service unreliable, the sales information misleading, the complaints handling poor, and the charges unfair. I would not recommend this provider based on my experience.

I sold a business
I sold a business. One of the lines was not taken over by the new owner. XLN charged me to the end of the contract, which is fair enough. The contract finished a few days after my bill payment. I was told that I should pay the full monthly payment and would receive a refund by XLN. I was charged extra instead of refund. Don`t trust XLN.

XLN (Daisy) Absolutely above any other…
XLN (Daisy) Absolutely above any other the worst company we have ever dealt with.
From the very first communication it went down hill! They came out twice to our company and installed two different lines and charged us for both, they denied doing it and it took me months to get them to admit they were wrong, then took months for them to refund us! The phone line never worked from day one and hasn’t for 3/4 years, the internet dropped out on a regular basis, we couldn’t run our machines and to cap it all off I called them last week to get the line fixed, they said the engineer will be there between 8 and 12, I explained our employee can’t get there until 9 and asked if the engineer could be informed of this, they said no you will have to change from 12 till 6! We close at 12 on Friday. That week we were burgled and have no ring footage or cctv. DO NOT GO WITH THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY!
Today we called to cancel their services! We have a 30 day cancellation notice. The telephone engineers are rude !

Raised my bill from £56 to £93 a month without clear notice.
I did not receive an email or notice that my contract was ending, I only found out from my bank statement as I noticed my bill had jumped up by nearly 50%. I phoned and was told I was informed via email in September. I said I did not think I was and I asked them to check and they forwarded me the email. It was the same automated email I receive every month saying my invoice was ready under my account, no mention of the contract. What you did write was on the online invoice under my account write on the second page in the middle of a paragraph in very small, grey print that my contract finished next month. And with no info on the price rise. I am sorry but that is not being informed, that is trying to keep it as hidden and invisible as possible. XLN always emailed me about my contract ending and sent me paper letters but I feel Daisy is not transparent and I definitely have to leave as I can't afford this, I live off my state pension, and I am very disappointed in this company.
