SERIOUS WARNING – ₹50,000 TAKEN, CASE CLOSED, NO ACCOUNTABILITY
I deposited ₹50,000 (~$450) via UPI. My bank has officially confirmed the transaction is successful and settled, meaning the funds were credited to the beneficiary account.
It has now been over 75 days. Instead of resolving the issue, XM kept delaying with “under investigation” and then closed the case claiming they didn’t receive the funds.
No proof from their payment processor. No trace report. No responsibility.
This is extremely concerning because it shows a complete failure in handling client funds. When a broker can take deposits through third-party accounts and then deny receiving them without providing any evidence, it raises serious trust and transparency issues.
If this is how customer funds are handled, it puts every trader at risk.

I am extremely disappointed with the service regarding my recent deposits. I made two deposits via UPI on March 31, 2026, and April 1, 2026, into my XM account (Account No: 420157159).
The funds were successfully deducted from my bank account, but I have not received the USDT in my trading account yet. I have already raised a formal complaint, but it has been over 14 days with no resolution or proper response from the support team.
This delay is affecting my ability to trade. I request the XM finance team to look into this urgently and credit the balance to my account immediately. I have all the payment receipts and UTR numbers ready as proof.

They are absolutely thieves, when you have chance to earn profit, they will close the positions and making excuses of rules breach, what the hell? If I have money in account and whatever positions I want to have I can have it, yesterday I put buy positions in WTI and after market closed they closed my positions, so they only want you to lose not to make money with any strategy because we lose they earn.

I have been trading with XM for years now and had to open another account in June 2025 since my old one was archived. I recently deposited money using Skrill on the 17/03/2026 and have been trading since that day. On the 07/04/2026 I randomly received an email that my account is restricted and I need to upload documents which I did promptly. Account being restricted mean you can trade but can’t make any withdrawals. There was no reason provided why that was triggered and when I follow up, all agents keep saying the matter is with the relevant department and I will be emailed immediately once it’s resolved. It’s the 10/04/2026, I’ve already chatted with more than 10 agents via Live Chat and WhatsApp and the issue is still not resolved, documents are still under review since 9am the 7th of April 2026. None of the agents are helpful and I’m not banking on the issue being resolved anytime soon as reviews online show this to be a common XM Global issue which can go unresolved for months. I wouldn’t recommend this broker to anyone serious with their trading journey.

Extremely disappointed. Experienced a critical system bug where a Micro Account was allowed to execute a 0.5 Standard BTCUSD lot, bypassing server-side risk management. This caused an immediate account wipeout. I provided logs and evidence, but support was dismissive, replying with a single word "K" (ค่ะ) and refusing a technical investigation. After 10 days of being ignored, I am now reporting this to the FSC Belize and warning the global trading community. Account ID: 391297382. Use this broker at your own risk.

It has been more than 10 days since I made a deposit on March 31, but the amount is still not credited to my trading account. My bank has already confirmed that the transaction was successful and the amount has been debited.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I am only receiving repeated responses about “provider delay” with no clear timeline or proper resolution.
Due to this unacceptable delay, I have now raised an official complaint with my bank and National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) regarding this transaction.
This kind of service is highly disappointing and unprofessional. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take further action through higher authorities.
Kindly treat this as urgent and resolve my issue at the earliest.

I have already contacted XM Support, XM India Support, XM Compliance, and my account manager Sakshi multiple times by email and through the Members Area. However, I am repeatedly being asked to follow the same process again and again, and no resolution has been provided so far.

Stop Out at Fake Price Level – Very Disappointing Experience
I am a long-term Platinum/VIP client trading with XM.
Recently, I experienced a serious issue regarding execution on US30 trades. Four open positions were force-closed at 46630, while the highest visible market price on the platform reached only around 46600.
At that moment, based on real market movement, my positions should have remained open and my account equity would have been approximately $567 instead of triggering a stop-out.
I immediately contacted XM support, provided log files, detailed explanations, and full trading data. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, I faced delays and repeated claims that my emails were not received.
My main concern is transparency of execution pricing and whether the quoted price actually existed in the underlying market or resulted from abnormal spread expansion.
I am currently waiting for a proper technical investigation and fair resolution from XM.
I hope the company addresses this matter professionally and restores confidence for long-term clients.
