No one should deposit with XMBroker

No one should deposit with XMBroker, your money will be gone. I have been depositing for a month and it has not been credited yet. When I talk to their customer care, they say it is under investigation. It has been a month and their investigation is still not over.
No matter when you chat with their customer care, you get the same answer. I have never seen such a wasteful broker saying it is under investigation.

You call yourselves "Big, Fair, and Human" while using rocket emojis, yet your actions are anything but.
1. Stop Stalling: You already have my Account ID, my emails, and 20 days of my recorded complaints. Asking for "personal info" on Trustpilot is a pathetic attempt to move this conversation to a private channel where you can continue your endless "investigation" loop.
2. The Admission: Your agent 'Ren' already admitted in writing that your REGIONAL PARTNER HAS FAILED. This is not an "experience issue"; this is a LIQUIDITY FAILURE.
3. No More Patience: You don't need to "find" my account; you need to CREDIT IT. Your refusal to do so while launching PR scripts on public forums proves that you prioritize your image over your clients' capital.

XM Completely Betrayed My Trust

I trusted XM as my broker, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.
• I executed multiple trades on Altcoins_INDX.
• All trades are fully logged with timestamps, open and close prices.
• Several trades experienced sudden and unexplained price drops within seconds.
• XM labeled these as “market anomalies” and adjusted/cancelled my trades without providing independent proof, transparency, or explanation.

Despite having full trade records, XM refused to disclose the liquidity provider or reference market used for pricing. This is a serious violation of trust.

Key Warning to Other Traders:
• Your trades can be canceled or adjusted arbitrarily.
• Full trade logs may not protect you.
• Transparency is lacking.
• Be extremely careful with high volatility instruments.

XM has shown that trust means nothing to them. They can undermine your money and trading confidence instantly.

Trust broken. Learn from my experience. Stay cautious.

I strongly disagree with the claim of an "abnormal pricing event." I have already reviewed external market data, and the price movement on Altcoins-related markets during that time was consistent with the trades executed in my account.

If XM considers its liquidity providers as the sole reference, then transparency is required. I formally request verifiable proof of the alleged pricing discrepancy, including liquidity provider data and timestamp comparison.

Canceling trades after execution, especially when they are profitable, raises serious concerns about fairness and trust. This directly impacts client confidence.

The matter is already escalated to regulatory authorities, and I will continue to pursue it until a fair resolution is reached.

I am frustrated with the ongoing delay since 3 months

I am frustrated with the ongoing delay regarding my deposit of 30k inr on 20 jan 2026 and today it's 30 march 2026 still the issue is not solved . It has been almost 3 months now, and every time I contact support, I receive the same response: “your case is under investigation with the payment provider.”

There has been no proper update, no clear timeline, and no resolution provided. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable for a financial service.

I trusted this platform with my money, but now it feels like I am being ignored. I request an immediate update and a clear resolution to my issue. If this continues, it seriously affects the credibility and trustworthiness of the company.

I hope this matter is resolved as soon as possible.

XM cheating on DEPOSTION, No solution in 2 months

I am sure XM is fraud and cheat company who fails the deposit transaction and then do not credit same amount to XM account.

13 Feb, I had made Rs 10000/- deposition but not credited to XM acocunt, I had followed up with them since then, gave all the required proofs multiple times still no resolution.

Now they are saying said PSP ie KRISH ENTERPRISE is not connected with XM, you made incorrect paymet. then i told the i had made payemnt through QR how can it go wrong.

Post that I proved them the PSP Krish Enterprise is connected with them by sharing payment Gateway screenshot of Krish enterprise with same UPI details,
later they hopless support team saying we did not get credit from Krish enterprise hence we can not give it to. they said me to visit bank for chargeback request, i dont know bank will help or not.

If I do not get solution in 2 days I will post this everywhere on social media with all proofs, atleast some of people may stop using XM.

MY SINCERE REQUEST TO EVERYONE DO NOT USE XM THEY SURELY BE CHEATING YOU ONE DAY and we do not have any proof that the payment we are doing is conncted with XM.

Unable to solve simple $100 deposit issue from 10 days? Just getting not replies, hope you will get my deposit issue solved by today

Dear XM Support Team,
I would like to clarify that I have made two separate transactions of ₹10,000 each:

19th March 2026 – This transaction (in the name of Sevenstand) has been successfully credited and is reflecting in my XM account.

20th March 2026 – This transaction (in the name of Durvika Enterprises, UTR: 607900979299) is still not reflected in my XM deposit balance.

It appears that only one of the two transactions has been processed so far.

For your reference, I am attaching:
Transaction details of both payments
My bank statement clearly showing that both amounts have been debited
I kindly request you to recheck the second transaction dated 20th March 2026 and credit the pending amount of ₹10,000 to my XM account (Account No: 401036399) at the earliest.

This matter is urgent, and I would appreciate your prompt assistance.

Refer a Friend reward withheld despite all conditions being met

I referred my friend Mohamed to XM in good faith using my official referral link. He registered through my link, verified his account, deposited his own funds, and traded Forex pairs held open for over 5 minutes — every single condition listed in XM's Refer a Friend programme was met without exception.
Three Sunday payout windows have now passed and I have still not received my reward. I have sent multiple emails, used LiveChat, and provided full documentation including trade history screenshots and XM's own confirmation email. Every response I received was a generic copy-paste reply that did not address my specific case. My last email was ignored completely for over 48 hours despite me giving them a clear deadline.
XM was quick to send me a congratulations email when my friend accepted the invitation. They were not quick to honour their own programme terms.
Referred account: #361865490. Full email chain and evidence documented.
I have now filed a formal complaint with the relevant regulatory authority and will be pursuing all available channels until this is resolved.
I genuinely hope XM fixes this — but based on this experience I cannot recommend their referral programme to anyone.

My 400 dollars of balance in my XM account was wiped out due to buy order which was Not placed by me.. when i saw my account later, i am surprised to see all my acc was wiped out.
There is no proper customer support.

I am very disappointed with the lack of…

I am very disappointed with the lack of response from XM’s support team. I have been facing a serious issue regarding my deposit, and despite multiple attempts to contact support, I have received absolutely no reply.

This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it involves clients' money. A trading platform is expected to provide timely support and transparency, but in this case, XM has completely failed.

Because of this delay, I have not only faced financial inconvenience but also missed trading opportunities. This raises serious concerns about the reliability of your service.

I request immediate attention to my issue and a proper resolution without further delay. If this continues, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.
