while deposit of money i have chosen UPI mode of deposit. scanned the exact QR code and made a successful payment of 23800 rs. also taken note of UTR number and entered UTR number in payment gateway and clicked on submit. till now my money is not deposited. although i shared the UTR number, XM support team is asking for UPI ID to whom i have made payment. as i did the QR code scanning for payment i didnt get the UPI ID.
To everyone else - this is a poor supported app, best ways to lose money while deposits.
i doubt how reliable it is to trade and withdraw the funds from this XM trading account.

My withdrawal of $500 was marked as "processed" on 29 January 2026, but I have still not received the funds in my State Bank of India account.
I have already checked with my bank and confirmed that no such transaction has been received. Despite multiple emails, XM support is not providing valid SWIFT proof or transaction tracking details.
This is very unprofessional and concerning. If the funds were truly sent, proper proof should be provided.
I request XM to resolve this issue immediately or I will escalate this matter to financial regulators.

XM marked the transaction as "Processed" and provided a UTR number, but my bank has confirmed that no such transaction has been received.
I have already checked my bank statement from 23 January 2026 to 23 March 2026, and there is no credit of this amount.
It has been more than 1.5 months, which is completely unacceptable.
XM has only responded with generic messages like "we are investigating" without providing any MT103 / SWIFT proof.
I request XM to either provide valid transaction proof immediately or reprocess my withdrawal without further delay.
If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate this matter to financial regulators.

My experience with XM is as follows:
their customer service only copies and pastes responses and does not solve any real problems.
The complaints department is just a waste of time. It serves as an excuse-maker for the platform’s various non-compliant practices—don’t expect to resolve any issues there.
If you are able to control your positions well, understand proper entry points, and know when to close positions—keeping your account’s loss rate very low—such accounts are not welcome. They will find various reasons to review your account and terminate their business relationship with you. They may even falsely accuse your funds of being problematic and freeze them for a period of time.
No other regulated platform has ever accused my funds of being problematic except XM.When I opened the account, I also specified that the source of the funds was my savings over the years, not my salary income.
A person I know also has an XM account, and their situation is almost the same as mine, except that their capital is twice as much as mine and he opened the account earlier.For over a year, he have been unemployed with no steady income, so he don’t have payslips or tax documents from the past three months. However, he said that XM has never reviewed their account. Unlike me, their XM account has always been in a loss position.
On the XM platform, the trades I executed according to my own judgment resulted in almost no losses. However, due to their actions—forcing me to close positions at the wrong time and shutting down my account—I suffered significant losses.

Update: I have already provided screenshots of the order numbers. Notnsure why your customer care team mentioned i have not shared..this is what i have told in my initial review..even after providing screenrecording screenshots and everything they repeatedly ask the same thing over and over. I dont have the option to provide screenshot here or else I would have shared it here as well.
I raised a complaint with the team. They dont even respond..once they find that the issue was on their part they start asking for same details over and over again throug email. Create frustration to a point where the user should feel enough and let go. They take 5 to 10 days to respond to each emails. This is the most horrible broker.

I deposited ₹50,000 into my XM Broker trading account via bank transfer on15/03/2026. Despite submitting complete supporting documentation—including the bank statement, UTR number, and all other requested proofs—to the customer support team on multiple occasions, the deposit has still not been credited to my account.
Instead of processing the deposit, the support team repeatedly demands the exact same documents I have already provided, ignoring previous submissions. They have also refused to verify or even review the corresponding statements from their own associated/shell companies to resolve the matter.
This is my hard-earned money, and the ongoing delay and lack of resolution have caused significant inconvenience and financial stress. I have followed every instruction provided, yet XM Broker continues to withhold the funds without any valid explanation.
I urge XM to immediately credit the full amount to my account or provide a clear, documented reason for the refusal. Potential clients should be extremely cautious before depositing funds with this broker.

I deposited ₹10,000 via UPI on 13 March 2026 into my XM trading account (Account ID: 321313720). As of today, the amount has still not been credited.
Since the date of the transaction, I have repeatedly contacted customer support. However, I have only received generic responses stating that the issue is under investigation, that the finance team is coordinating with the payment provider, and that I will receive an update via email “soon.” It has now been over 5 days with no resolution or meaningful update.
To investigate the issue independently, I visited my bank and obtained the full UPI transaction details, including the recipient information. I was able to contact the payment receiver directly. The receiver informed me that their account has been blocked by XM.
This creates a serious concern:
If I can directly contact the receiver using the transaction details, why is XM still stating that they are “coordinating with the provider” without progress?
Both the sender (myself) and the receiver are currently affected, while the funds remain unaccounted for.
There has been no clear timeline, transparency, or accountability from XM regarding resolution.
This situation is causing financial stress and raising concerns about the safety of funds.
I request the following immediately:
A clear status update on the transaction.
Confirmation of where the funds are currently held.
A definite timeline for resolution.
Immediate credit of the deposit or a full refund.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to relevant financial authorities and consumer protection platforms.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with XM – Funds Debited but Not Credited
I recently opened a new account with XM, largely influenced by several well-known YouTube creators who strongly recommend this broker. Based on their endorsements, I decided to give XM a try and proceeded to fund my account using the UPI payment option, which was listed as an available deposit method (My XM Account ID is: 92243578)
Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
It has now been over a week since the amount was debited from my bank account, yet the funds have still not been credited to my XM trading account.
I immediately contacted XM’s support team through the official channels, including their support form and email, and shared complete transaction details along with proof of payment. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any meaningful update or resolution.
The only response I keep receiving is the same generic automated message:
"Your case is under investigation with the relevant department, and we will revert back to you once we have a reply from their end."
As someone who has been involved in trading for some time, this is by far one of the most frustrating onboarding experiences I’ve had with any broker. When a customer deposits money, especially through a payment method provided by the broker itself, the issue should be treated with priority and transparency.
What is even more concerning is that UPI is actively listed as a supported deposit option. If XM is experiencing technical or operational issues with UPI payments, it would be far more responsible to disable that option rather than allowing customers to face situations like this.
I also believe that financial influencers promoting brokers on YouTube should take greater responsibility before recommending platforms to their audience. Many traders trust these recommendations and act on them without hesitation.
At this point, the money has already been deducted from my bank account, and I have no control over the situation other than waiting and hoping the issue gets resolved.
Because of this problem, I haven’t even had the chance to properly explore the XM platform or evaluate their trading services. Regardless of how good the trading platform may be, deposit handling and customer support are fundamental to any broker’s credibility.
I sincerely hope XM resolves this issue soon and improves the way such cases are handled for new customers.
