EXCELLENT SERVICE amidst earlier frustration
At first I felt very frustrated. I lodged an email ticket and the response was not really helpful. I then tried to call, after 10min, I gave up. I then tried the chat. After about another 10min or so, I was assisted by Seymone. She was amazing. She took time to answer my questions and provide excellent service. Within a few minutes, she resolved the issue. After an absolutely exhausting experience trying to resolve ongoing hosting and email issues elsewhere, working with the team at xneelo was honestly a breath of fresh air.

Great customer service is rare in South Africa, and Xneelo customer support line was phenominal.
I spoke to Trystan and Wian and both gentlemen were phenomenal. Going above and beyond and solving all my problems.
But it wasnt just the customer support or their wealth of knowledge, it was there telephone etiquette. How they introduced themselves to explaining as well as the way they ended the calls. Xneelo can be very proud of their team. Please feel free to train the rest of South Africa.

Things go wrong with any service you subscribe to. The difference is how the vendor responds. In my case things went really wrong, and Xneelo did not disappoint.
