Very good support from Seymone

Very good support from Seymone, i was having issues with my website, and generally http 500 error is web developer issues, but Seymone spent 30+ minutes helping me refusing to stop till she fixes this issues, she solved it and now my website is working, very happy customer

Izak Top Tier Technician

Izak was not only exceptionally patient (a 40 minute, very interrupted online chat, but was able to absolutely perfectly answer every query, but suggest and help me implement the 100% best possible solution for my issues. A real asset to the Xneelo Team

Best in South Africa

I had the pleasure of working with Gizela at Exneelo, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service she provided. Not only did she help me get my invoices paid, but she also went above and beyond by reactivating four domains and canceling two for me. What really stood out was her exceptional patience and dedication—she helped me get everything sorted despite the fact that I was supposed to wait until the next business day. I had an urgent need to get two domains activated to send emails, and Gizela made sure everything was handled promptly and efficiently. Backend Features

On the backend, we were not able to make changes to a domain as needed to ended up contacting support using the Chat feature. Within minutes the changes were made and they ensured that the mentioned feature is in the pipeline and should see it soon. What great service. Have been with Xneelo for years now and won't work with anyone else if it can be helped.

When there is drama Seymone can help

My client moved from one hosting platform to another.
The Web developers did not want to assist on getting the site working on the new platform.

Five Star Support from Henry and David at Xneelo

I recently made a mistake when registering my domain name in my web hosting package with Xneelo and only realised it after making the payment. Unsure of how to fix it, I contacted Xneelo via the chat option on the control panel, and I couldn't have asked for better assistance! Henry from Technical Support was an absolute star! He patiently guided me through the entire process of correcting my domain name, providing clear explanations and step-by-step links to ensure everything was done correctly. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy to resolve.
David from Accounts was equally just as amazing! He provided excellent guidance on the billing side of things and ensured that I had all the necessary information to proceed smoothly. he was extremely patient and provided me with a comprehensive breakdown of what I needed to do, and what Xneelo would do on their side to assist. He also shared simple to understand step-by-step links and made sure I had all the resources I needed to complete the process . Both Henry and David went above and beyond to assist me, and their support was nothing short of exceptional. Thanks to them, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a quick and seamless resolution. I’m truly grateful for their help, and I can confidently say that Xneelo has one of the best support teams out there! Highly recommended for their stellar customer service. They were responsive and supportive
