Although I am not a fan of the Xneelo platform, I would like to give Symone the Technical Support agent that assisted me in resolving the installation of a staging site a 5 star rating, she was patient and took me through each step and the query was resolved in about 30 minutes or less.

The previous guy by the name Robert just referred me to the knowledgebase and basically refused to assist me further even though i told i felt lost navigating the Xneelo platform. Nonetheless Seymone resolved my initial problem and assisted with another. She is a Superstar and deserves to be treated as such.

After they overcharged me, when I took to complaining, despite all my services being paid until November 2025, after they had my sites down over 70 days in the middle of and over my high season, because their accounts could not keep track of an agreement regarding data we were backing up and moving, and they had agreed not to charge on that data, then they spent all this time taking my websites down, without my knowledge because their accounts could not keep track of the arrangement. Every time they took it down - the data would take 3 weeks to re upload, they would give a "week" to follow through on their plan, which would not be enough time to complete their own recommendations, then they would again interrupt the process, deleting everything, then their accounts sending a bill, having to re- review the arrangements. Then when I had enough last month, we finished the process, after they had the site 20 days that month, restarting the back ups twice, they then cancelled my accounts, stole the money they should be refunding by suddenly again adding these fees. This is blue collar crime and cost me company potentially millions in opportunities. We had to then restart and the day before we finished when they said they are deleting every thing so I cannot check everything, then instead of moving things nicely as I moved them to them originally, they packaged my sites data and emails instead making exporting difficult, and further they then spent the last 24 hours lying to me about one of my main sites being down for 5 - 7 days,(all screenshot) meanwhile my new host told me they must do a simple auth, I had to threaten to post online again to get any action. DO NOT HOST WITH XNEELO!
