Terrible company.

Terrible company.
Numerous emails sent back and forth. Part showing as in stock and ready for dispatch, even still now. However, days went by after paying and no notification of dispatch, so contacted them so be told the part isn’t in stock, was sold once I had paid, had been discontinued by Remus, but they had ordered a large number to get them made again, so would be a while before I received my part.
Checking the website, it still says part is in stock and available for dispatch.
Liars.
I was told I’d be sent an instant refund if I wanted one, to which I agreed on, then had to wait a couple of days before refund was sent.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Inventory problems, no communication. Bad experience

Ordered from them an "R&G Racing aluminium oil cooler guard for ROYAL ENFIELD CONTINENTAL GT 650 2019-2023" on March the 13th. Website claimed an estimated delivery time of 2 to 15 working days which means they don't stock. Totally cool. 6 days later, after never hearing from them I asked how much time they need? Next day (on the 20th) they replied that they can ship by the end of next week.
On the 30th of March I send them another email reminding them of my case. And they reply "Oh sorry, the manufacturer answered that the product you have already paid 20 days ago, is discontinued. Do you want the black one?" It took another two-three days and another two emails for them to cancel my order and refund my money.

Total Fraud - they have no stock

They don't have stock of the items they advertise. They claim to have it, charge you double the shipping and then claim 2-5 days shipping while not mentioning the 2 weeks you wait for them to receive the goods and then ship it to you ,,,maybe in the shipping time they claim.
