Absolute joke

Absolute joke. They have rearranged delivery 3 times, their tracking does not update, when i have called multiple numbers but the only number that can help i am told is 019338 37556. That goes to voicemail and that is full. These people are clowns

THE WORST!

Wow, everything you are reading is 100% accurate! Ordered a mattress well over a month ago for delivery today and LATE last night received a text/email - sorry, delayed...next delivery date - a MONTH from now. Unacceptable. It WAS a Christmas gift. When you call, after 45 minutes of wasting my time, just a lot of 'I'm sorry's' - does nothing for me...I need the mattress!

Horrendous experience - 1 star is generous

I ordered a sofa bed from Homebase which was due to arrive on 20th November. The latest update is that it will hopefully arrive on 20th December, although I am not holding my breath for it to turn up. The original delivery date has changed to the 27th November, 11th December, 18th December and now 20th December - failing to turn up on every occasion. On the 11th, I had confirmation from the customer service team via phone call that it was out for delivery between 11am-5pm. I watched the tracking link until 9pm when the delivery van got as close as 10 miles from my house before turning round back to the depot. After complaining, the Homebase team changed my delivery slot to the 18th December. No surprises it didn’t turn up. Truly awful experience, not sure if it’s Homebase or XPO’s fault but I would avoid both at all costs.

If I could give a MINUS I would.
Waiting on kitchen delivery, all paid for and date sorted. Waiting in nothing called and stated they arrived late but no one in!! What a load of ... No call as discussed before arriving. Then to rebook was an issue. No one to get a delivery date. No manager as just gone out! Spent a wasted day very costly.
Could not redeliver the same week so had to reorganise another Thursday, no arrival then they said they had delivery issues elsewhere, so delayed and returned late to depot. Tuesday nearly 2 weeks later time slot 0840-1240 now missed. Don't think it's arriving. Another costly wasted day on fitter.
If anyone get a home delivery please check it is NOT XPO if so go elsewhere. Shocking customer non service. No care. No communication looking to get refund on kitchen and go elsewhere. They can sort a return themselves now.
Read the previous reviews and OMG. How can this company still be going.

Movers damaged my shipment

Movers damaged my shipment, filled a claim within two days! Not weeks, not months, days! They will not reimburse me. Also, costumer service is trash. You have a better chance navigating the Nile river blindfolded in a sinking canoe than reaching a representative. Do not use their service! Do it yourself.

XPO - What a useless company

What a useless company. Have called several times, either straight to their voicemail or have waited up to 67mins to then be put through to their voice mail. Finally got through and they promised I would receive my delivery on the 3rd of Dec, its now the 13th!!!

Ordered stuff from Ikea

Ordered stuff from Ikea. Delivery slot was 12:15 till 16:15. It’s now 20:00 and no delivery. Called IKEA they are appalled. They’ve tried calling and can’t get through at all.

Then IKEA says it was never even been sent. Company is a joke

Slot booked, took the day off work and they did not come. Call the company after being on hold earlier in the day, they now say there is no record of the delivery being booked, this despite me having a text message and email.

New delivery slot booked with no confirmation, this for 5 weeks after the product was ordered. As per other reviews, I know it won't come so I will get a refund or go through the credit card as a section 75. I could have paid a bit more and had the item weeks ago from elsewhere.

Do not use this company or anyone affiliated with them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

How does a company like this continue to exist? Kitchen was due for delivery 3 weeks ago as Homebase went into administration. Get a text alert that delivery is going ahead. Didn’t turn up but in the evening another text saying it’s coming next Friday. Didn’t turn up. Rang them up and nobody knew anything but assured us it’s on its way. Following week got a text Wednesday morning saying it’s coming that afternoon. Didn’t turn up. Called them and assured us it will be Friday. Didn’t turn up. Called them and nobody knows anything. Called Homebase and they said they don’t have enough drivers and they’re sourcing agency workers. Get another text saying they’re coming Friday (today). We get a text with a time slot. Didn’t turn up. Get another text saying in transit but delayed. At 8.00pm we get a phone call. Stuck in traffic and won’t make it now….call the depot. The amount of stress and lost earnings coupled with money thrown down the drain is an experience I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR YOULL BE SORRY

Freight Forwarder for 32 years, XPO is 2nd WORST!

I am a Freight Forwarder for 32 years. xpo is the 2nd worst freight co. I HAVE to deal with. They have been haranguing ME over a freight charge for a totally different company for over a year now. New threat is collections attorney!? The only frt co. I regularly get 'delivery delay' messages from. AND they just destroyed a very expensive shipment. I cannot understand how it was treated SOO horribly, from pictures they sent. DESTROYED!! Its yet to bee returned but I'm expecting a complete loss. Cant wait to try a damage claim.

Unfortunately I ordered an item online and they were responsible for the delivery. If only I knew they were such a useless company I would not have placed an order. There should be a requirement for shops to state who they use for deliverieries.
Not possible to get hold of. No contact after they booked a slot for delivery which never happened.
If only I had a way to avoid them in the first place.

Can’t get hold of them

Can’t get hold of the company. They left a voicemail asking me to call them back - have tried three times, with each call on hold for more than 2 hours. They tried calling again - one ring and stopped. Didn’t even give me enough time to get my phone out of my pocket.
I’m not here to moan, just want to know what I do now? I just want my order 😭
Previously they’ve been alright when sorting a delivery over email.

How Does XPO Avoid Fraud Charges?

They accept shipments (and money) for freight they have no intention of delivering, then use lousy customer service to wear you down until you badger the shipper into hiring someone else to complete the job. This is the second time they have done this to me. This time I'm calling the local district attorney's office - there are too many complaints of similar behavior online to ignore.

Awful company

Awful company. In charge of peloton delivery. Call up to tell me can only deliver on Mondays / Thursdays, make me accept this. I take the time off work, call to tell me on Monday morning that they will not be delivering. This despite me calling up in advance and saying I needed confirmation about Monday before taking off work. No written emails or any confirmation from them.

HOMEBASE DELIVERY

I place an order with Homebase who has now gone into administration in no fault of this is XPO logistics, they cannot carry out a delivery , when the company is no longer operating, the lady who I spoke to on the phone at XPO was very polite and explained the situation even providing me with contact information for Homebase

Don’t deserve one star

Don’t deserve one star really. Have been trying to get hold of XPO for weeks regarding my Homebase NON delivery!!! Call goes to voicemail box which is full so actually no way of getting hold of anyone. Absolutely awful client service. Avoid at all costs

The most useless delivery company ever

The most useless delivery company ever. Delivery was booked and received a message with a window on the 13th of November. Stayed home all they and rearranged my schedule. No delivery, not notifications, no updates, nothing. Since then no update has been given and had to chase. When asked I am supposed to just wait? Delivery comes up as delayed and deallocated. Are they gonna keep my order forever? Are they reselling it? Who knows? It's just sad you can't give 0 stars.
