An email containing links to the download files for the purchased Office 2019 for Mac arrived within seconds of the order being confirmed. The installer file itself was in excess of 1.5GB and took a long time to download due to a creaky internet connection prone to random drop-outs (not Xpresskey's problem!). Very clear instructions given for the entire installation process, which once started worked very well. Very happy with overall outcome.

Quick and easy download and set-up. Great to have Office without having to pay out every year to keep it.

Works for Mac, doesn't work for PC's. They don't respond when you e-mail, call, use the instant chat. Used to be impressed, less so now..

Total scam, pity there is no option to select 0 stars.
No customer service, try out the chat function before you spend your money. The supposedly answer within a minute, another lie.

Bought a digital product and the product is out of date and therefore cannot be accessed.

BUYER BEWARE STEER CLEAR!

Having purchased a product in error, I contacted Xpresskey within 5 minutes to explain my mistake. Emma Olivia’s manager agreed I could have a refund. However, the email I sent bounced back so I completed the online form but haven’t from anyone in more than a week. More worryingly, their phone number is out of service and no one responds to the online chat.

Excellent service, no issues, software instructions arrived within minutes, installation simple.

Bought Office 2019. Was supplied with download link which worked. There was no license key- so cannot activate the product. In over a week there has been no response from their helpdesk despite many attempts to contact them.

Having problems, the phone number on the website is no longer valid, the email address sales@ is bounced back and the chat service is hit or miss. My download link to access the software I purchased is no longer valid/working.

Previously bought MS home and student for Mac a few months ago. Worked fine. Got PC version yesterday and after following instructions just shows a message asking to contact retailer for license key. Have tried replying to Xpresskey email sales address (bounce back), the website chat (no response) and phone number (recorded message saying not receiving calls). Really dissatisfied. Will try and get refund if I can ever get a response from them. Last time I will use them

This appears to be a fake company I got the download link but did not get a product key. Tried to email which was returned and the phone number does not work either. Submitted a claim to Paypal.

Scammers, they dont send you the product key, emails just bounce back and phone number is invalid. Bunch of imbeciles. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING

Very bed service! I purchased Microsoft Office 2019 on the 1st September and didn't get my licence key until today. Try to contact Xpresskey via emails and phone provided- they are not working! I didn't get any answers from online chat either. I want my money back

Shockingly poor service, product did not work. Advisor could not help but agreed a refund. Weeks later they ignore all emails and I have not had any contact or even an acknowledgement to any of my emails.
They take the money and run. Avoid avoid avoid. Total scam. If I could select no stars I would as 1 star is very flattering.

Software is fake, some work, some dont, customer service is uselsss as they just grab your money and run

Disappointed with the customer service. The software I tried to download didn't work, this in itself isn't the issue as it could've easily been resolved with good customer service. Unfortunately after sending emails, numerous phone calls and attempting the web chat facility I am still awaiting a response from Xpresskey.

If someone from Xpresskey could contact me that would be greatly appreciated and this matter can easily be resolved.

I ordered a u s b drive with Windows 10 on but received digital download my problem is I have a lenovo laptop with a dos operating system so I cannot use it until I can load windows 10 if we could sort this out it would be very help full James.

Great prices and turnaround times. Trust worthy choice out of the many other software license resellers. Purchased 3 licenses so far.
