I can not express enough how angry I am at this company I tried placing a order for hair toner and instead they took my money didn't put my order through I brought my complaint to there chat service on there site and I got a arrogant P.O.S who told me that I didn't place and order so they can't give back my money but what made it worse is that when I told them I contacted my bank about the transaction they blocked me from there website so quick I couldn't do anything so am going to leave this review hoping that the company will see this and let them know I've contacted the fraud team at my bank and there going to deal with it so hopefully no one else gets scammed by them

Speedy delivery, I ordered the T18 and 20 vol developer on a Monday and it arrived the next day. Very pleased and great product and service. Will definitely be buying from here again. Highly recommend.

I would say the people thinking the service is excellent has not experienced what happens if you need to reach out to customer service which is a guy called David who mock and laugh at you if you ask for assistance.

Products are good but can be found elsewhere. David at customer service is not having a happy life being this horrible towards customers.

Ordered Wella Toner (T18) from XSBeauty as they seemed to be the only source that still sold this product. Payment and delivery went very smoothly and I was very happy with the product recieved. Customer service was also excellent when I had a slight issue with delivery. Should also be noted that since my order was below €20 - there were no extra import charges upon delivery to Ireland.

I will definitely use this website again.

I was slightly sceptical after reading the reviews, however I ordered the toner last Wednesday and I received it the next day. I was super impressed with how fast it came, especially as it was free post. Used on my daughters brassy bleached hair that night and the results are a fantastic ashy blonde. So I would highly recommend. My bottle also had Sellotape around the lid, but I do believe that is to prevent leakage in the post. I don't believe this product to have been tampered with, as lid was screwed tight.

Delivery was quick but when it arrived ( I ordered a wella toner) the bottle was very scratched and deffo not new. Makes me wonder what was actually in the bottle and perhaps the actual product has been toyed with .....?

I thought I'd weigh in on the heavily mixed views here. I ordered one small item (attracted to this company by free delivery). Ordered on a Monday night and the item arrived on Thursday.

I received an order confirmation email, as well as another "completion" email, which must have been a dispatch notice (although these did appear in my junk folder at first!).

No issues at all and would use again.

At first I was really scared with all the negative reviews but the good ones really relieved me.

I've had zero issues getting my items here in Ireland and truth be told, I actually got them quite fast for a crisis period. Payment was smooth and shipment was fast. I'm on my 3rd order and have no complaints apart from how can the reviews be so bad when they're actually quite decent?

Got some Wella toners from there, initially I was very skeptical as the website looked a bit dodgy. However I got my delivery next day and the staff were very helpful in providing me with my tracking reference on request .

I ordered off this company over a month ago , I STILL haven't received my order. Initially when I ordered i got an email message to forward my phone number (why isn't this taken on purchase online??) and details as their delivery company "aren't great" in Ireland (really??why are you using them then????)3 weeks passed , contacted chat box- told to contact delivery people, parcel is in the parcel center.....so i gave my details again....days later...still can't be delivered as not enough details??? delivery people blaming shop, shop people blaming delivery shop. long story short try another shop, not worth the hassle

I dont understand the negative reviews? I have now used this company 3 times and always get my items delivered quickly with notifications keeping me updated. The sellotape around my bottles is an extra precaution so they don't leak not because they have been opened and the products work a treat! Highly recommend!

Order submitted late Thursday night after quick response from customer service chat regarding NI delivery. Order despatched Friday and received Tuesday morning. Poor reviews had worried me but I have no complaints at all, perfect service.

I use this company weekly and have never had any issues, I order multiple items and it is always posted Royal Mail 1st class, on a few occasions I have missed the 12.30 deadline and they sent out next day special delivery at no extra cost cost- brilliant customer services. Also your order can be tracked via the email they send you so you know it’s on it’s way, specifics of where it is, is not available but that is a Royal Mail issue not the companies.
The stock availability is always high so I don’t have to wait which is important to me.
I would rate 5* and customer service response 1st class.

I have ordered 3 times from this website. The first time I was sceptical but the toner arrived in 2 days and I was impressed as free delivery and cheaper than eBay. I’ve only had positive experiences here, I’m not sure why they seems to be so many other negative experiences but I personally have had great service. Only thing I will say is the delivery is marked as tracked but I have never been sent a tracking link.

i ordered some wella t18 and developer on the 15th of July, i was skeptical at first seeing as i had never heard of the website but just went for it. i then read the reviews and thought that i had made a mistake in ordering however i did receive the product today (17th July). despite some of the negative reviews i received my product in a very quick space of time, i have yet to try it however i am very happy and will use the website to purchase from in the future

So I ordered some wella hair toner and developer. I then saw the reviews on here and most of the recent ones were pretty scathing. I am pleased to say I ordered my items late Thursday and they arrived on Monday morning. As far as I’m concerned I’m happy to recommend XS Beauty and will use them again.

Item delivered opened and sello-taped back up (both packaging and bottle). Who knows
what is in the bottle! Waste of money and terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

They have someone called David on customer service chat who I found very rude. I told him as such along with the fact that all their bad reviews are about him. I got no reply but I was booted off the site and my IP address blocked! What kind of company are they running?

Never received my item. I paid £17.99 for two products and received an email with no tracking number stating it was being sent first class Royal Mail (Tuesday).

It is now Monday and I’ve still not received my item.
