Imagine spending your hard earned money in difficult times for something that never arrives. How will you will feel when you realise you just lost your money and it’s not going to be refunded. Sadly it would appear this is not a random occurrence and wish I had done my research. Luckily for you, you now know, so if you or your friends buy anything from these educationally challenged individuals you only have yourselves to blame.

So upset thought I’d take a risk even though I hadn’t heard of them and order as a couple of review said they were good but they never delivered my item when I emailed they replied by laughing at me. Even found a Facebook page dedicated to how bad this site is! Please save your money and buy elsewhere everything on this site is available somewhere else online through a well known company taking them to the ombudsman as they have stolen my money so bad especially with everyone struggling right now

I can’t even put into words how disappointed I am with the service this company provided. Unless you want to fund an immoral, rude and unprofessional organisation, please do not put yourself through the pain of having anything to do with them. I highlighted an issue and, instead of helping, was talked to like dirt and refused a refund, despite not having my parcel delivered. The owner of this business should be ashamed of themselves and should put the company into administration immediately to ensure no more low-quality staff are able to have an impact on people during difficult times.

Customer services are very unprofessional so if you have any issues you will not get any assistance. Not only will you not get any assistance they are very rude and maybe should use the money they don’t refund on basic training for their staff.

Awful customer service and extremely rude, never received order and claimed a case on PayPal and they threatened me and claimed I had not right to ask for proof of postage.

I have ordered for the first time from this site. I needed a toner and couldn't find anywhere else. They have good prices and my order arrived in 2 days. Thank you I am tottaly happy with the service

Disgusting service. Say 1st class, 10 days later still don't have my item!! David is so rude and thinks it's funny. Don't order from here!!!!

I was a bit dubious when ordering from here as I had never heard of them before, however i had no need to be. Service was excellent and they dispatched the items the same day as ordering. I would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Hadnt heard of this company before but they were able to tell me when an item was due back in stock(which it was when they said)so took my chances. Made aware of the delayed postal issues but given a tracking number. Very quick response on the chat. Excellent service. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again. Thanks!

Wasn't too sure about ordering from here as I had not heard of this site before but thought I would give it a go as they had an offer on the items I wanted. The delivery is free which is a bonus and I managed to speak to someone through the online chat about the tracking for my order. Have ordered from them again. Great service.

Excellent service, fast delivery. I was a bit dubious of the website but don’t judge a book by its cover. I would order from here again. And delivery was free which is great.

Very pleased with my purchase! The live chat on their site responds quickly and they even managed to change my order last minute and get it to me quickly, quicker than some other well known online business's! & considering the pandemic I thought it was Excellent.
