Hi Hinze, I think the problem has been resolved. The email you received from us is sent automatically when a block account runs out of data. This e-mail states that you still have 20gb left.
The translation of this e-mail into German was unclear. We have corrected this right away so thank you for reporting it.
So, apart from the confusions, everything is working fine and your account was not blocked.

Pay especially close attention to their offers, they just sent what looked like a “deal” but after updating my subscription because it sounded like it was ending and now I’m paying more each year than I previously was. It’s pretty shady to send out worse deals when folks actually have active subscriptions. At no point in the process did they inform me there was an active subscription that would be replaced.
Update: And as you can see from their response, blaming the customer is their immediate response. Someone points out a deficiency and “we can’t possibly see the problem”. Not very customer oriented at all.

Hi Karl! We have multiple deals each year and last summer you used one of them. Also, the subscription will not be replaced, your renewal will be placed behind your current subscription. Like as we always do and you have used offers in the past, it works still the same way. I cannot inmagine that a newsletter sounds like an ending subscription. If your subscription was ending, you will recieve a completely different email from us. Different layout, different text and there is no offer in our reminder.
