Our retention is currently a bit more then 2500 days and still growing everyday. For what about the price, every year we have multiple discount offers. When a offer is available, we sent out an email and it is up to you if you want to use the offer.
Don't change to monthly if you have paid in advance.
I had time left on my sub that was pre-paid, I switched to the monthly option and am being charged immediately.
What a joke!

If you switch to another subscription or period duration a new payment will be triggered as we need a new payment authorization for it.
When there is no new payment authorization, we are not able to renew it after the current subscription and the account will expire then.

When my download speed decreased all of a sudden I adressed the XSNews support without much expectations they would answer soon . To my surprise I got an immediate answer and was supported doing tests and checking my settings hourly (!) for a couple of days. In the meantime my download speed is about 200mbit again.
- It was a great (and rare!) experience, that out there in the anonymity of the endless expanses of cyber space there is someone who takes care in a very personal way. Thanks so much!!!!!
