Placed an order And wait for over 3 week, still hasn’t sent yet. They said it is due to COVID restriction, come on, it is 2022, tell me which country on this earth is still forcing this kind of restriction.
You get what you pay for!
Thought the prices were a bit high but you really do pay for quality and service.
Brought two medium 3.0 xShirts and after reading the size guide afterwards (like a fool) I tried to cancel my order.
Used the chat service to cancel my order and a customer service rep immediately responded. Had a good discussion which resulted in my order being updated to two sizes up after sound advice from the rep.
Order came super quick considering it was shipped from China during the festive holidays. Also ordered some trousers, two sizes up.
Was worried I'd have to jump through hoops to send them back but nope. They fit perfectly which is odd as I have a muscular frame and generally need to tailor my shirts.
Have a friends wedding in June so will grab my suit from these guys. So comfortable!

SCAM-BUYER BEWARE
They say that if you are not satisfied with their product that you can return it, yet make it almost impossible to do so within their 30 day window. We submitted to have our return “approved” twice rejected. After many phone calls, and resubmitting seems they still can not give us the information to return their product. Thinking this is part of their business model. Their advertising of send it back if you don’t like it is super deceptive. Their website only posts positive reviews. BUYER BEWARE!!!
UPDATE...
Okay, finally got approval to return and given and address to send box, with more complicated hoops to jump through in order to meet their requirements. (Honestly, I found it easier to do my taxes this year than meet all the demands to return their product.) Also, I get to pay the return shipping, over $30 and now have to submit the documentation to get a store credit for that amount. I have little faith that they will even credit our credit card when they receive the return. Especially after reading several other reviews with the same concerns.
Xsuit--- it isn't what you say, it is what you do! Your defensive reply to my review would better approached with reforming the onerous return process.

You make the process painful and unnecessarily complex to discourage people from returning your items. Not the way to win return customers or referrals.

House of X is a wonderful company. I have ordered from xsuit.com multiple times and feel like it's time to give them a great review. The quality of their products is above cool. Feel like I can wear it for ages. Same with Customer service - they do have five-star customer service as much as a return policy. My orders are always shipped in a timely manner. Customer service responses are quick and if there is ever a problem they will do the best they can to assist you. I will shop with you forever because of your great customer service and great products.

They drop ship 50 cent masks from China and charge you 100 dollars for it. Meanwhile you wait a month to receive it. I caught onto what they were doing and finally received a refund after informing them I’d be leaving a negative review with the BBB.

Mask is rusting
My husband is an essential worker and his mask has started to rust where the nose bracket connects. I’ve emailed customer service with photos and haven’t heard back. Also, we continually have to check the little filter brackets as they are prone to falling off. On both masks. Considering how much you pay for these masks, you’d thing they’d be of better quality. Edited to add that I have still not received any communication from this company other than what you see below. Nothing in my inbox.
UPDATE: XSuit did, after some back and forth, send a replacement but they sent the wrong mask. One I never had ordered and was too small for my husband to wear. After letting them know about this, they gave me a partial refund and sent the correct mask. I can’t, however, increase the number of stars as the new mask they sent is falling apart after just a couple of months. The stitching around the ear loops is coming apart and the the material is fraying. We will replace the mask with a different brand altogether.

Initial mask issue resolved.
A new mask was provided after I elevated my issue within the organization. New mask seems to be better quality stitching than the first mask that failed. I appreciate their effort to resolve the issue.

Impossibly bad customer service - the worst.
I bought 2 suits but these were not the issue. The issue was the return.
I had to email customer service multiple times before they even began to process my return. To make matters worse, they gave me the wrong return address even when I provided a scan of the shipping slip but apparently no one at X-Suits bothers to confirm it. After waiting 2 months with no refund or reply, I had to email X Suits (multiple times once again) to inquire what happened. After their non-existent customer support did not reply, I was forced to make a long distance call at an inconvenient time difference only to be finally told "We gave you the wrong address. I'll send this management." What is this supposed to mean? I have no promise for a return call or any confirmation that the matter was being investigated. I didn't even receive an apology. Only after multiple emails and a phone call, did I finally receive an email stating they made a mistake in the providing the wrong address. As no one bothered to pick up the package, it is now being returned to me but due to COVID, the deliveries are indefinitely delayed. A simple return has now taken over 4 months and counting.
In addition to this utter stupidity, customer service reps are not constant - they seem to change for each reply so it just leads more redundancy on my end. I was asked questions like "what did you order" - why do I have to confirm my order when X Suits has my order number, return number, and all other information? Is X suits so incompetent or lazy they cannot even check their own systems?
I have honestly never encountered customer service so abysmally poor, lazy, and incompetent that I would not recommend their product for this reason alone. Skip it and give your money to a company that actually bothers to care about their customers.

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE MASKS
I ordered these masks and waited quite awhile for delivery. They were very comfortable and I like the fit around the back of your head.
I do want to let everyone know that both of the masks that I purchased, lost on of the filter fasteners and air filters within 3 days of use. They both came loose, I didn't notice the loss until it was brought to my attention by others in public.
Now I am stuck with 10 filters, two masks that are non functioning and an outrageous $25.00 shipping fee.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Do not waste your time purchasing this product. The only reason I did not give this review a 1 STAR, was because they were so comfortable.

Great masks, Great customer service
The masks we ordered are fantastic, very pleased with the fit, comfort and quality of filters. I did have a problem with the vent on one of the masks but had a very quick reply from customer service (via Facebook) and am being sent a replacement mask. Customer service is everything and I couldn't be happier with x Suit. Editing to add that we received the replacement in a timely manner!

The quality of the mask is exceptional
The quality of the mask is exceptional. It has some heft to it and not flimsy like most of the ones that go over the ears. Love the Velcro strap to close behind the neck with one movement. I had a slight problem with one of the valves and when I contacted customer service for a possible replacement of the valve, Luis C. did not hesitate in offering to replace the entire mask at no charge. Now that is excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

My experience was great. I talked to Frank and his team and they were all very friendly and took care of my order quickly. HE also gave me a 25% discount because the size of my order was so large. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for masks. The product was great quality.

Had problems but they fixed everything
Had problems with mask fit for me and my husband. Order was late. Customer service was not helpful until I talked to Adriana, who made everything right. I think this company got overwhelmed by mask orders (they were mentioned in several articles) and did not do so well with shipping and communication. I was upset until I talked to Adriana, who, like I said, made everything right. People who answered the phone were pretty much worthless though.
