We also pride ourselves on fast and accurate shipping. In many cases, we provide same day shipping when orders are placed earlier in the day.
In your specific case, I see your order was placed at 9:30 pm on Thursday, July 21. It shipped the very next day on Friday using express 2nd day delivery. It was delivered to you at 12:38 pm on Tuesday, which is two business days from our shipping date.
While we would consider this on-time performance for our free shipping service, we do have expedited overnight shipping, and even overnight Saturday delivery shipping for a modest charge, which you can select while checking out.

Good product
Great! I’ve been using XTREME for about 6 years now. I have been struggling with the fact they don’t have alot of lashes in matte anymore and their sensitive adhesive hasn’t been lasting to where I have to find other products to have better retention

Wonderful technicians, as well as products.
I have used your extreme lash extensions for a couple of y7ears about 5 years
and I have had two experienced lash technicians Rhondi, and Marc. I also have
used your after care products. I used use a a product that you discontinued and
wish you would bring it back-I used it to coat my lashes before I would apply
your mascara. I also want to thank you for making me look a lot younger than

You know in the beginning when I started buying from your company I was really very impressed of the quality of your product and actually I still am but what has turned me off is you change the structure for the amount of purchases you make towards a discount. Which has given me a call to action to look at other companies. The infinity lashes were disappointment and I feel that your customer service has really taken a step back

In the past, we provided you the best discount, based on your QUARTERLY or ANNUAL purchases, whichever provided you with the highest discount. However, we had feedback from customers who wanted a quicker way to earn higher discounts. We responded to this by now calculating your account discount based on your MONTHLY or ANNUAL purchases, whichever provides you with the higher discount. Many of our clients prefer this quicker way to earn higher discounts. Our new Infinity Lashes are loved by many of our stylists.
