I bought a folding bluetooth keyboard…
I bought a folding bluetooth keyboard directly from XtremeMac.com.au. Would not connect to Windows 11. Kept asking me to enter the PIN displayed on the screen. There was no pin displayed. I spent about an hour trying to solve the issue. Their website has NO support contact, No return address info. No phone number whatsoever. I found their "returns policy" online. Any damage, including a slight tear to the cardboard packaging, will make a refund void. Anyways, since returning for a refund wasn't an option, I had to edit the windows registry to get it to work! (Luckily, there is a Youtube video!). I do not recommend buying from this company. Look closer on their website at their contact details and you'll see there aren't any.
