they have been holding my money for 3…
they have been holding my money for 3 months now looking for a part they claim they shipped after I canceled the order because there part reference number was wrong. Today after UPS verified the package was not delivered to me instead of issuing the credit I clearly asked for the shipped another one and claim now they will issue the credit when they get this one back!!! Incredible Incompetence
Wow, this is a completely different response than the one I got when you thought you could keep your behavior a secret. It's a shame it took this process to get you to do the right thing. I hope it reflects in your profits moving forward.

I ordered wrong part, slight variation and customer service nailed it. Ordered the correct one, was sent return postage immediately with clear directions. Great Team you have there! If I were to ask for one change, it would have to do with just billing me for the difference instead of making me purchase again and then have to wait for my refund until you receive the incorrect part back, but I understand.

Dear Jeff, I believe this is what happened based on your description. When inventory gets down to the last few units, and more orders are placed in a short time than units in stock, the system will occasionally accept the order. Clutches are then shipped on a first come, first serve basis; and refunds are issued to other customers. I apologize for the inconvenience because I know you need to find a replacement clutch. This issue doesn’t happen very often because our inventory is usually sufficient to cover all orders. However, if there is an unexpected surge in demand for a particular model of clutch, it happens occasionally. I hope you’ll give us another chance in the future.
