Disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service. When genuinely asked for advice regarding there products there attitude was disgusting and even wrote in a comment to me that they would rather not have amy custom than deal with a genuine question! Be very careful when ordering their weightloss medication - i have learnt the hardway unfortunately.

We’re sorry you feel this way, however we stand by our previous comments. Our priority is to work with customers who are open to our advice so we can provide the highest level of service and achieve the best possible results.
We made every effort to support and assist you throughout, but unfortunately our guidance was not followed, which made it difficult for us to deliver the experience we aim for.
We take great pride in the positive relationships we have with our customers, as reflected in our reviews, and remain committed to offering a supportive and exceptional service.
Cannot recommend enough!!
I genuinely cannot recommend Xtreme Tan enough, the website is user friendly, my orders have arrived so quickly, well packaged and protected, and the products are fantastic quality with equally fantastic results, I have used them many times previously and will continue to use them again and again! The customer service is amazing and any time I’ve had any questions I’ve had a reply within a matter of minutes! Absolutely brilliant!

After reading the reviews of other’s I decided to buy & try it, being fair skin & don't tan easily, on 3rd day, not much change on my skin colour yet, I use it twice morning & evening. So we’ll see after 7days & yes I do go to a tanning salon to help my joints mainly.

One to avoid
Hi,
Please show me the delivery proof. When I checked it, it was returned to you, and I sent a few emails about it. I never got a reply. Yes, it was four months ago because I tried to contact you but had no success.
