We strongly advise against purchasing Geberit products from xTWOstore. These products are often not compatible with the ones you would typically order. In our case, the expensive WC flush plates we bought were not compatible with the Geberit devices we had installed.

So, if you're tempted by prices that seem too good to be true, be warned – they really are.

On 13/11/23 I ordered a number of Keuco bathroom accessories from xTWOstore's glossy site. Thought it strange that the goods would only be sent when they had full payment - not mentioned until order confirmed - a stalling tactic because they seem to work on no goods in stock, only ordered from the manufacturer in nick of time. I paid with a credit card so payment should be "instant" but my purchases took three weeks to be collected by DPD. When the boys in customer service were questioned I was given all kinds of excuses, the best being" this is the fault of Brexit and slow customs." The tracking number showed that after two weeks with DPD it was still in Bavaria. After much questioning C/S said it wasn't their problem and I should check it. Eventually they understood THEIR responsibilities and discovered that DPD had misscanned the package and were returning it to xTWO.
I said why not sent the products again, after all they must have more in the warehouse. No response. They had taken £157.00 from me and by the beginning of January 2024 I has nothing and when I asked for a full refund I was informed until they had the goods back nothing would happen! I contacted my card provider and within four days they had investigated and refunded me. POOR business practise. Still awaiting an apology.

I ordered grohe showers worth 2900 euros. I am happy to say that I received my order within a week from date of purchase in good condition . I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered a small bathtub and afterwards I discovered the company had some bad reviews on Trustpilot and got a bit worried. However I am happy to report that the item has arrived in Ireland only 8 days after I placed my order and the goods appear to be in good condition and as described.

I ordered a vanity unit with sink l received a vanity unit today no sink does not make it clear on site cost £444.95 and will tax and import duty altogether £736.29.
I could have bought the same thing in U.K. for £65 it’s no good to me without sink. If does have a sink don’t put a picture with a sink.
I just come out of hospital after heart attack so this has been upsetting not what l needed.
Had another company take £1500 and not supply good.

Very pleased with the service & speed of delivery from xTwo, ordered an Artis oval basin in ocean colour which was delivered within five working days. Great communication, tracking number provided and very pleased with financial saving by using xTWO.

Trustly trader, they refund the payment after I changed my mind because of the transport which is very expensive from germany to uk

I purchased Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware and bathroom furniture plus Grohe taps and shower sets for a new build

The delivery times are very clear on their website as the items have to travel from Germany plus I realised the order was going to be as fast as the item with the longest lead time

I wasn't in a massive rush for the items so went with it as they seemed very keen on price plus I paid using American Express via Paypal so was covered. The items I ordered retail at about £45k in the UK but cost me just over £21k from xtwostore.co.uk

Delivery isn't cheap as it has to cross the channel. I paid just over £420. However, I signed up for a trade account with them which got me 5% off (£1,080) which more than covered the delivery cost!

Range of items is very good and with competitive prices. I ordered 8 items and because one was not in stock they delayed the delivery. My wife rang them and they explained the situation and offered to deliver the in stock items and the out of stock item when it arrived, we had to pay a very small extra delivery charge. This I have no problem with, but it would have been nicer if they had contacted us about the delay, rather than us having to do the chasing (reason only 4 stars) I will use again and I dont think they deserve the bad rating based on my interaction with this shop.

I live in Southern Ireland and have ordered 3 showers from them over 3 week ago. Got an email straightaway saying that my payment was successful howveer never heard anything since. No tracking number sent, no emails answered, tried to call the phone number but no answer. I am in the UK and I would seriously warn anyone looking to buy from this company to avoid. If they dont respond in the next 24 hours I am going to get onto Paypal and get my money back.

Ordered, TT same day .. charges are 'net' and 'few weeks or more for collection' .. no communications, don't call .. 60 days later FedEx is involved .. they speak at will .. otherwise is 'good value'

I've ordered 2 products and after they have taken the money I have still not received them and its now 3 weeks.
I've sent numerous email and still get no response i find this unacceptable as a customer and would nit recommend this company to anyone .
In fact I will be writing to trading standards as I feel I have been treated unfair.

Ordered a V&B spare from this store, the item arrived within the advertized lead time of 2 weeks, well packaged, and in perfect condition. By the way it was also the cheapest price (about 15% cheaper than the UK based online stores) for this item I could find online at the time of the order. Apparently the store is located in Germany hence their lead time of 1-2 weeks for shipment but in my case it was worth the wait.

We had seen a nice V&B sink at one of our local bathroom showrooms but were a bit put off by the price so I looked online to see if we could save a few pounds. I came across xtwostore who were selling the same product considerably cheaper but after reading some reviews on xtwo I was a little reluctant to place an order. I did some more research but nobody could match their offer so after some serious consideration I decided to take the plunge and order the sink. They estimated that I should receive the product within 2-3 weeks and after @14 days I received an email to say that it was being dispatched. I was still worried as I had ordered ceramics and had read horror stories of breakages and damage, however through their link I tracked the delivery and waited in anticipation. Within two days it was delivered (well before the best eta I could get from our local V&B specialist) in a huge box with plenty of bubble wrap and in perfect condition. Maybe I was lucky…I don’t think so, for me everything they promised they delivered. The communication from start to finish was frequent and re-assuring, and their products and prices are excellent. I would definitely use again

I ordered an item a 27 Euros from then to Switzerland. The shipping was imposed by DPD. DPD charged me 50 Euros of customs fees! Most of these fees are not given to customs but are charged by DPD - administrative fee, money landing fee (other shipping companies don't do that (Swiss post/DHL) .

I contact xTWOstore customer service which was not very polite. I also contacted DPD customer service which was more polite but not effective...

I cannot understand why you choose DPD for shipping to Switzerland.

Did anyone been blackmail by this Comapny? I ordered and paid what was asked for and at the time when the items about to ship I am asking to pay extra shipping cost for my order. If the payment is extra shipping cost is not received they will not ship the parcel out.

If everything goes smoothly, you'll like the experience. Otherwise, if you find yourself in the position I was in (i.e. wrong product shipped), I wouldn't have high expectations.

Their customer service team, although respectful, should call themselves by a different name. Not sure they understand the concept of customer loyalty, customer acquisition cost, or customer lifetime value.

They shipped us the wrong sink--admitted to their mistake, but was not willing to work with me because our contractor did not discover this mistake within their 14-day return period.

Not sure I'd take the risk on a future project.

Xtwostore what can I say!!! Mis information on products!! Pretty rude customer services!!! Next time I purchase groeh products online I will make sure they are based in the UK 👍🇬🇧👍🇬🇧
