Order significantly delayed

On placing the order, delivery time was stated as 1-2 weeks. We called and emailed numerous times and were told it would be delivered 'soon', and then that the order was delayed by 'approximately about 1-2 weeks'. All in all, if the order does arrive within the 3-5 days delivery time, we will have waited 6 weeks. Poor communication and an unacceptable lead time.

ABYSMAL customer service and communication -

I was given a DHL tracking number for our order 10 days ago. The shipment does not exist in the DHL tracking system. I was told by Xtwostore that they were awaiting documents to ship to Jersey. We get goods all the time from Europe and never before has a shipment been held up because the supplier is "waiting for documents". There has been no explanation of what the documents are. Since then I have sent emails via their website and emails via the email from the person dealing with our order, I have held on their customer services phone line for 1/2 hour on three occasions over the last two days. A message keeps telling me the next available member of staff is mine. Then after 1/2 hour the call fails. I have just sent two more begging emails this morning pleading with Xtwo store to respond. A DHL shipment number should not be allocated if goods have not been shipped and xTwo store should respond to emails and phone calls. I have tried to be patient but our entire project is being held up and I have still no idea when goods will leave xTwo store. This is a plea to x Two store to call me on the number I have sent in my emails via their website to explain what the ongoing delay is. Please improve your responses to clients if you want to improve your rating on TrustPilot. Footnote: Since writing and posting this review I have today received an email saying our goods have left their warehouse and that I can track their progress on the DHL website. I tried this and once again the DHL website indicates that there is no such shipment. Here we go again. Another email and more chasing of xTwostore. You will notice that reviews on this website are either really good or really bad. Some customers obviously get their goods and are happy but when things don't run smoothly customer services at xTwo store fail. I think they are badly understaffed .. so be very careful before you place your order - which might fall into the good camp or the bad camp. Seems its a bit of a lottery but if you are unlucky you will spend a lot of time chasing these people to no avail. Next Update on the saga: logged into the DHL website today and yet again the website shows that there is no such consignment to match the details given to me by xTwo which they said had left their warehouse last week. Trust is not a word I'd use in respect of xTwo store. YET ANOTHER UPDATE: FOUR DAYS AFTER THEY TOLD ME THE GOODS HAD BEEN DESPATCHED FROM THEIR WAREHOUSE AND WERE BEING BROUGHT TO ME BY DHL I FIND STILL THAT THERE IS NO SUCH TRACKING NUMBER ON THE DHL TRACKING SYSTEM. NOTHING, I REPEAT NOTHING, SEEMS TO GET A REPONSE FROM XTWO STORE AND IF YOU DO EVENTUALLY GET A RESPONSE THEY SEEM QUITE PREPARED TO SAY ANYTHING - EVEN THAT GOODS HAVE BEEN SENT WHEN QUITE CLEARLY THEY HAVE NOT. I CAN'T GET THROUGH BY PHONE AND THEY DON'T RESPOND TO EMAIL HENCE I AM COMMUNICATING HERE. Latest update: The goods have now been received. I am posting this so that people know that the company are selling the goods they say they sell, their prices are good ... but you have to be prepared to persevere if things don't go smoothly. They need to employ more staff to answer calls and emails and to keep customers informed.

Damaged

Check your delivery very carefully immediately on arrival. I discovered a hairline fracture on a 70 euro sink but because I notified xTWO outside the 3 day limit, they refused to replace it. This was despite the fact that it arrived in unprotected cardboard box wedged under a heavy metal bath on a palet. The box was dented on the outside by the bath exactly where the fracture started. Their website claims "Due to our perfect crush-proof packaging, you can order all our products carefree to your country, no matter how far. Everything is securely wrapped for worldwide shipping". This was a FALSE claim in my case. I asked xTWO repeatedly to overlook the timeframe, but they refused and insinuated that I had caused the damage myself, even though the sink remained unmoved in its box from delivery day to the moment I found the fracture. No discretion, no investigation just hid behind the law.

we are sorry that you are unhappy about this. However, as we told you many times, you cannot sign a proof of delivery without checking that the products are not damaged due to the transport. The shipping company Dachser took an appointment with you to deliver the product.
Moreover, you received your order on August 09th 2016 and you only contacted us on September 06th 2016 (28 days later). As a matter of fact, you had 14 days to tell us that there was a problem with your order, we would have send you a new sink because in this time frame we can claim to our insurance.

Excellent service and great discount

I am first time buyer at xTWO Store website looking for Hansgrohe mixers, taps and shower stuff for my bathrooms. Very impressed with the discount offered at the website but skeptical as it’s the first time buying on the xTWO website. I decided to give it a try and placed order.
The purchasing process was simple but was disappointed with the payment process as the system did not respond after I clicked on the payment via credit card. Was worried about the reliability of the website and thus decided to cancel the order.
I received a call from Darell Yeo a day after I cancelled my order. He was very helpful. He explained the issues with some credit card payment and suggested alternative payment mode.
I decided to reinstate my order. Service from Amo was great. Amo was very patience and helpful with various changes I made to my order. He always promptly replied to my queries. he delivery times were accurate. Products were packed safely and neatly. Will definitely recommend to shop via xTwo Store.
May need to plan the purchase earlier as it required 1 to 2 weeks for out stock items to be delivered from supplier to xTwo store.
Overall great discount and excellent service!

Go else where

Bought two Hans Grohe taps from this website which were the incorrect spec - with cold water supply only! My error, but I do regret using this company however.

Observations following my mistake:
Google search is misleading - in my search for the PuraVida taps competitors are selling taps with dual supply yet xTwostore shows the single supply.
Product specification in German only so I didn't realize my error.
In returning the product to Germany - I got a full refund for one tap, but was apparently 2nd was scratched resulting in no refund for second tap. I don't know if the scratch was my plumber or in transit however neither do XTwostore. However, no refund given.

Despite the disagreement I had to request that the tap was returned to me.

Go elsewhere.

Just right. No issue.

I ordered for 2800€ on this site mid april 2016.
I received everything on june 10th. (South of France)
The delivery could have been faster, but they had to wait reception of one piece from Keuco.
During the process I have had some questions, which have been answered always promptly by mail.
I have been given the date of expedition with one week notice.
In short, everything went smoothly, and the material arrived in excellent conditions.
I probably saved arround 2500€ thanks to xtwostore.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I placed and order for our family bathroom on February 16, 2016. The first part of my order arrived within a week of placing the order as xTwo had these items in stock. The second part arrived on March 18 even though I was told my order will be fulfilled within 2 to 3 weeks. The final part of my order arrived on April 18, that is over 2 months and almost 70 exchanged emails from the initial order.

xTwo gave me every excuse in the book, which included that the manufacturer was having problems fulfilling its orders because of high level of demands. It has taken me longer to complete the main bathroom than it has taken to complete my 6 week loft conversion. This company will blow your project schedule apart if you place an order with them.

Even though xTwo has changed its delivery timelines on most of their items to 4 to 6 weeks, I can assure you it will take longer for this business to fulfill. I believe that if I had not taken xTwo to dispute with PayPal I would have not received my order by now. In conclusion, I urge you to think very carefully before you place a order with xTwo, which is a shame for a company that sells such high quality products at such an amazing prices.

Better Buy In The UK

All good until I tried to phone them and check the flow rate and water pressure against my system, left hanging on the phone for 22 mins and then the line went dead. Also a nightmare to return products if wrong or damaged, you have to arrange and pay for shipping - not cheap or easy!. I will order from UK based companies in future.
