Literally brilliant!,

Hi Ree View, if that's your real name... For our silver products and any silver product in general, when it comes in contact with moisture (water, sweat, hand cream, hand sanitiser etc) it will general tarnish over time (discolour) there is a very simple solution for this which is a silver polishing cloth which will have your ring or any other silver looking back to brand new! Hope this information has been helpful

No refund after 4 months of emails

I had to return an item which was too big, I was asked to reorder the size and once my payment went through, they would send return address, which they did. I sent the item tracked, which they received, and I'm still waiting on my refund . That was March this year. I have emailed several times which are always full of apologies and promises. I would not recommend this company. Their customer services is non existent if there is a problem.

Customer service lets them down

Purchased 3 rings for the first time. One was lovely but I asked to return the other 2 or get a credit note. They Always replied saying we are dealing with your request but then nothing. They finally asked me to send photos which I did to show I had not worn the rings but again nothing from them. I must have emailed them over 15 times over a few months but got no reply. Very very disappointed and frustrating. The customer services is very bad. They advertise with glowing reviews about their products but their customers service lets them down which is a shame as their products are great.

Awful experience

Received the ring and was beautiful. However, the stone was very cloudy. Asked for a replacement. As others experiences very friendly at first but then stops replying to emails, ignores you. Still stuck with a cloudy ring after months. The bands are also not triple plated. The shine wears off very quickly within a few weeks and tarnishes like silver. A proper plating should not tarnish so quickly so false advertising.

Hi Nardia! our rings are definitely 100% triple plated we have a process that's verified for this! But as you know plating over time can and will rub off from regular wear and tear. But in saying that all of our Moissanite are DEF colourless and VVS1 clarity. So all you would have had to do was send an image with proof like we have requested. and we will definitely sort this issue out for you. No return policy- money lost

Ordered a ring, received it, but way too big. Ever since (it’s been 3 months) they lie about investigating my case, and come back asap with a return adress, which they never do. I’ve emailed so many times, they just want you to give up. The first 6 times they reply, very friendly, promising they’ll solve it asap, but after countless hours efforts of me to try to get a return adres and a refund, they just don’t reply anymore. They do keep sending me daily spam advertisements though…

Lost stone ‘ awful customer service

I received my ring, which is beautiful, but then the first day a stone fell out. I have emailed them many, many times and they keep promising to send out a replacement but they never do ‘ dreadful company
