Battling with the issues of preparing new wills and LPAs the best thing we did was contact Xwills.com. Andrew was quick to respond and from there on things became easier. Andrew is clearly very experienced and able to fine tune your wishes and complete the endless form filling. I can’t recommend Andrew and Lianne…
I can’t recommend Andrew and Lianne highly enough. From start to finish they were incredibly helpful, professional, and reassuring. Writing a Will for the first time can feel overwhelming, but Andrew explained everything so clearly and thoroughly, and there was never a question that felt too small or inconvenient.
I even missed a few calls we had scheduled, yet he was always patient, understanding, and more than happy to call me back when I was better prepared. Lianne was equally wonderful — her tone immediately put me at ease, and I knew straight away that I wanted to work with her and Andrew.
After speaking with friends, it’s clear that Xwills are also very competitively priced. I’ll admit I didn’t shop around much because I trusted them instantly, but the fact they were so reasonably priced was a fantastic bonus. Overall, an excellent experience and a team I would wholeheartedly recommend.
