The ordering process for our club kit was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The quality of the products exceeded expectations, with the fleeces, quarter zips and boonies proving especially popular among members. The items are worn regularly and have held up exceptionally well, demonstrating the durability and quality that Y1 consistently delivers.

The Dryrobes have been an outstanding addition to our sports provision and have proven extremely popular with pupils, staff, and spectators alike. Our fleeces have arrived for our aerospace society in Birmingham and these are absolutely amazing. Everyone was very cooperative in bringing these to us. Looking forward to doing business with Y1 again.

From the first conversation with Nina, she was brilliant throughout the whole process. She was really helpful with sorting our netball club fleeces and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Communication was great and she was always quick to reply and happy to help with any questions or changes.

Once everything was finalised, Will was also great in helping get the order sorted. The only slight issue we had was with delivery and a bit of miscommunication, which meant the wait time was a little longer than we expected. However, the communication from Will to get our delivery back on track was excellent and really appreciated.

The quality of the fleeces is amazing — they’re really warm, comfortable, and the embroidery/personalisation looks perfect. Everyone in the club loves them!

We’ll definitely be ordering again in the future and would recommend Y1 to other clubs looking for personalised teamwear.

We recently received our retro 1/4 zip and full zip fleeces, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality. From the initial enquiry through to completion of the order, Frances was absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to answer all of our questions and accommodate numerous design changes.

From start to finish, communication via email and phone was great! The process was easy and regular updates were given with regards to the progress of our order. Even when there were problems with the airspace across the UAE with everything going on, communication still continued and everything that could have been done was done. Dan was amazing 🤩 The final fleece was spot on, colours and printing, we have had so many positive comments already, the girls looked great at Nationals. We will be ordering more for the whole club.
