I haven’t smelt the smell of a new backpack in years and this took me back. Great quality and I can store all my things in it 10/10

I have ordered a T-shirt with customisation, received a T-shirt without it. Customer service refused to sort out the problem. I am very disappointed. Refused even to put the child's name with extra payment and with my intention to send the t shirt back paying from my own pocket... customer service statement was this was my fault... how come is this my fault if i paid extra money for customisation but they did not put any name at all... no refund for customisation no service.. would not recommend to anyone.

Easy customer service that walked you through each stage. Really adaptable on design and customisation. Easy to follow order form that made everything easy to do. Delivered quickly and looked great.

The entire process was incredibly smooth and straightforward. The team responded quickly and was very accommodating, working closely with us to perfect the design for our vests. Great quality and fast delivery. We couldn’t be happier — highly recommend!

Our university club got the retro quarter zip fleece. Y1 was consistently so quick to response and so supportive from the start to the end of the process (ie designing - lots of back and forth to accommodate our requests and last minute changes). Was kept up to date throughout the 8 weeks on the progress of production which we appreciated as well. Highly recommend!

Queen Mary Hockey Club
We designed and ordered just over 30 fleeces for our hockey stash and couldn’t be more happy with them. The quality is awesome, special credit to the stitching of our crest as it’s quite complicated with many different colours.

The process in designing our own custom fleece was done so smoothly, many thanks to Frances as I’d email him design changes or ask for suggestions and he would come back to me within sometimes only a couple hours with new design iterations which really helped the design phase. Was very easy to work with, and they have come out looking really nice.

The colour of the fleeces and design sketch we were presented is a very realistic look of the real thing and would love to order more next season!!!
