Chat feature stopped working after messaging two other people on the website for more information about their listing.

Customer service is useless "AI".

Listing an item for sale has 400 character limit for description (WHY? WHO THOUGHT THIS WAS GOOD IDEA?), so have fun answering over and over the same additional questions that don't fit in the description.

Editing a listing doesn't always work properly, it does not update properly, and whether item category fields show up when trying to edit is random.

Search feature is bad.

Website has no options for different languages.

I think Yad2 can learn from Zillow how to make the site more user friendly. The changes made to this site are awful. I suggest getting new programmers and System Analyzers.

The effectiveness of the site and the ability to advertise on it depends mainly on the moods of their employees. It happened to me in the past that I posted different products for sale just like the ads that already appeared there and in accordance with the site's conditions and terms, but it happened more than once that some of the ads were not approved for me and for no apparent reason. I tried once reach them trough customer service but my explanations didn't help. They may think that some advertisers will constantly waste their time trying to call the service and justify themselves while the representative tries to sell them an advertising package.

A great site if you want to buy something. Not at all good if you want to sell! i haven't posted a car for sale there in 2 years and today when I tried to post, they called me saying "you used up all your space, if you want to post you must pay us 400NIS a month". They assume I'm a business some how, which I'm not.
When I asked what is the limited they didn't know what to say, all she said is we are a private company we get to choose what we do and that my ads will not be approved for an entire year. even tho I haven't uploaded any ads for 2 years.... such a bad experience. Read this if you want to know the truth about yad2 @yad2 #yad2.

I love selling on the site !! And buy !! There is protection on all sides!
