No stars!!!!! Took my money and never received the goods.

Shocking !!!!! Terrible product! Terrible customer service! Tried to return the items and they have totally ignored me despite me contacting them at least 10 times!!! They are still emailing me about buying their products but ignoring my request to return the 2 kaftans i bought which are absolutely huge ! Would be too big on anyone!!! Cheap synthetic fabric! Now it seems they are going out if business! Wonder why !!!! Avoid this company at all costs ! They are con merchants!!!!

Took almost 3 weeks to arrive but pleased with dress. The sizing is quite big but can still be worn ok

I am very pleased with my kimono. The fabric is lovely, the print beautiful and it’s very comfortable to wear.

Took over 2 weeks to arrive after order, tracking said it was arriving through an airport, so not from a UK warehouse.
Fabric described as cotton and bamboo but it definitely feels as if it contains a synthetic element.
Described as fitting up to size 22. I'm definitely several sizes smaller than that and the stitching around the legs is fairly tight.
Looks nice on so will keep.

Easy to use website and plenty of choices. I own another one but it is slightly smaller 😏 material doesn’t appear the same either? But I do love the colour choices

I ordered the black tropical kimono which should be covered in sequins and embellishments. It's a bad quality piece of material that looks like a tabbard with no embellishment whatsoever. It looks nothing like what was advertised. Total waste of money. Not as described, back and forth on email they wouldn't give me the return details. They finally have and the address in in China and will take up to 3 months to process. Don't order from them.

The item was not as advertised and badly made.
They said I could return it but it had to be returned to China st my expense.

Found exactly the same caftan dresses on this site as on another one - Yael says the fabric is bamboo and cotton; Ornella says cotton and linen. From what I can tell, there is definitely a synthetic component. Isn't false labelling illegal? - flammability etc. Just had an email saying everything on Yael had been reduced to £22.99 as they are "closing down". Had a look out of curiosity - no, there are still heaps of products over that price. Also there is no transparency about where the goods are from (I assume China) although they have UK in their email addresses. As usual, if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't.

The products are very cheaply made, the material is awful. Trying to return the company do not respond.

Very disappointed with this shop after 4 weeks received my purchase kaftan poor quality and bad customer service. It's scam.

BEWARE. I would give them zero stars. I ordered 3 kimono kaftans on insta. Received them after weeks ,No sequins or embroidery material completely different, no shape to the kaftan. Nothing like what is shown on insta. No refunds or exchanges. I spent £70 . Comes from China.

The item i recieved was not the beautiful kaftan in the ad. Cheap chinese junk. Took longer than advertised to arrive. No sequins. No embrodery. customer service emails bounce back.

Same as a lot of others. I ordered a kimono…what arrived had no sequins and embroidery. Over 12 emails sent. Asking to return. I was offered 20% back and to pay for my on return postage. I’d explained it was false advertising and they should pay. Heard nothing since. A waste of £25. I’m sure I have no chance getting a refund.
Please do not order. Be warned from us that have learnt the hard way. Advertising something lovely…and then receiving something that you will never wear 😩😞

I wouldn’t even give 1 star brought 2 kimonos in good faith they sent me a cheaper version of what was being advertised. The description even say embroidery none whatsoever. I reached out by email nothing by insta got a reply a few days later offering me a discount I spent 50.00 and I want my money back now no reply again. Terrible scam no customer service advertise one thing sends another and won’t allow you to return or get a refund. Are they that desperate they need to scam people for hard earned money. Don’t buy warning

This is a rip off company. Do not use. I have contacted my bank. I am requesting full refund. You have to ask permission to return dreadful quality goods. You have to jump through hoops to get your own money back. Worst company ever. Please don’t use!!!!!!
