Been scammed wish I had thought to read reviews on this site before I ordered.
Arrived and nothing like item that was advertised. No sequins. Shein type kaftan. Cheap material. Definitely not worth the £28 I paid. Am fuming. I’m so peed off I fell for this scam. Trying to return but address in China and been warned could take months for refund and I have to pay for postage. Disgusting. Offered me 20% refund. Should be offering me a full refund !! DO NOT buy from this company

Terrible quality. I ordered the tropical kimino. Its nothing like the advertisement. Not a single embroid or sequin. Just awful. What a scammers. So angry right now

This site is a scam….avoid!
The kaftan I received is nothing like advertised with embellishment and sequins. It is made with the cheapest materials and looks awful.
It says returns before 30 days but they don’t answer emails so you’ve got no chance of getting your money back.

Not as described, no embroidery, no sequins around neck, took 2.5 weeks to arrive, says it's UK but it's China which is very dishonest when advertising UK company, I will keep them but nothing like the advert which states Tropical Paradise Embroidered Kaftan

I have ordered the tropical paradise embroidered kaftan and it came today. I had to pay £28 including delivery for something i wouldn't wear even if i was given for free. There isnt a single embroidery on the kaftan just plain with the prints. The material is awful not at all as described. Please be careful when u order with them. I am very very surprised to see 5 star reviews its shocking actually.

Item took over 2 weeks to arrive then nothing like the description on the video or photos. No embellishments or sequins as seen clearly. I read all reviews on here and checked around so obviously a scam. Do not buy. Dispute opened with PayPal

Absolutel scam - i looked at feedback for this company when I ordered so assumed it was legit - also ordered the tropical kimono which turned up today without any sequin embellishments as on the video they posted - cheap material too . I did get a response saying I could have a 20 % discount 😡this item has totally been misold and I’m not the only one . If I wanted a full refund( which I do ) I have to return - at my cost to China but was warned it could take 3 months to reach them and May be returned to me because of import tax !! Informed then that the website says I can return if I’m not happy within 30 days and they will send a label - they said all they can do is offer me the 20% contacting my bank for a charge back - Do not order !!!

Ordered from social media ad and checked item on their website before order placed. Item was titled ‘Tropical Paradise Embroidered Kimono’ . It arrived and is nothing like either the social media ad or their website pictures. It had no embroidery and no sequin detail around the neckline, the fabric was very poor quality and again nothing like their ad. As previous reviewers have said, this is a scam and do not buy as you will not receive the item advertised. They do not reply to emails and so you will not get a refund. I am left wondering about the positive reviews (which I also checked before ordering) ..I’ll just say that they don’t appear to make sense in the context of what you actually receive.

Waited 15 days for delivery. What a waste of time and money! My ten year old son could have knocked up these five dresses better! Have opened a case on PayPal. Avoid at all costs. Total scammers!!!

Just received the tropical kaftan black dress took nearly 2 weeks! And there's no sequins around the neckline very disappointed won't be ordering again. It's a nice print but why advertise sequins when selling when there isn't any??

Do not be fooled by the social media ads or the reviews. The Tropical Paradise Embroidered Kaftan has no embroidery and looks nothing like their social media ad. There are no sequins on the dress, just an image of sequins .. it is a poor quality fabric . Do not buy!

As other have said, ordered the tropical kimono and what arrived is a disgrace. I wouldn't pay £1 for it. No detail, no embroidery, cheap printed fabric. Awful. Don't order from this company. I read reviews before buying and all were excellent so I don't know what's going on!

Item is not as described. The dress on the website is not what you recieve. This is a scam. It's supposed to have sequins sewn around the neckline. It does not. It's cheap fabric that would go up if you went near a naked flame. Do not purchase from this site.

Not what l ordered.
The picture showed sequins and totally different fabric.
My last one was sent through Yael and was lovely. This one took ages no response to my emails and is clearly from china or some other knock off.
Misguided and misleading people is wrong !! Won’t ever order again.

SCAM -I ordered a Tropical Paradise Embroidered kaftan. The video showed embellishments and fine material.
The kaftan arrived - cheap material with no embellishments and no embroidery.
The package was sent by Meng Meng & of course although money back guaranteed on the website , there is no customer service contact number. There is an email so i have sent a req for return address.

Appalling item has arrived it is completely nothing like what I ordered cheap awful material no embellishment. Don’t buy from this company

If I could give a minus rating I would. I ordered on the 10th May, it says 3-6 days delivery and I have just received it on the 28th. The email I sent them is below;

Wks after ordering it and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. You are falsely advertising the item, I have saved the video with the lady saying look at all these sequins and the embellishment details. There isn’t one sequin on the item, it is disgusting. Please send a return address as this is not what was advertised or what I ordered!!!

I have been scammed by this company. An embroidered sequin kimono dress which has arrived as a nylon tacky itchy faded piece of fabric with brown dyed edging and not gold embroidery. Sent two emails complaining and email addresses are fake. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY. Also over two weeks delivery when 5-6 days advertised. Fake and fraud be very warned.

SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER! Received my order today and its looks nothing like the advertised product (Tropical Kimono) and is not embroidered or embellished but a terrible print on thin, ultra shoddy material. So disappointed! Tried to contact about a refund and currently awaiting a response.
UPDATE 2 June 2025 Emailed 3 times about a refund. Initially was asked for pictures which I sent immediately and then they went completely silent and had no other responses. Shockingly bad and writing this in the hope that no one else gets scammed by this group.

I unfortunately have fallen prey to what I can only describe as a scam from this company.The item I received is utter rubbish and in no way resembles the item advertised.They list a U.K. address and a false email so I’ve no way of getting my money back ,I’m going to inform trading standards but be warned and don’t order from them
