A terrible company for customer support!
My experience seems to be typical.
Customer service is incredibly incompetent. After repeated call to them I finally found a sales woman who could solve my cable connection problem that the so called technical people could not fix.
One of these, because of his incompetence, gave me 2 SIM cards mobile data for "free" 4 months ago. I am still receiving bills for these "free" cards! Despite calling customer service 3 times.
My last call was directed to the Cancellation Department.
I explained the situation to the woman. She said in effect, that she didn't believe me! I was insulted. She said she would listen to all of the recorded conversations to determine if I was lying or not. If not then it would still take several months to return my money.
This company is borderline Mafia. Take your business elsewhere, be kind to yourself.

No compensation
Would not recommend yallo to anyone. In the beginning, I was only looking for the price of an abonnement, but for some reason they saw this as an order. Without I wanted it or confirmed anything, they sent me a SIM card and started everything. The fees were very high. When I chatted with client support to cancel the account because I wanted to switch from provider, they gave me a discount. I had multiple issues with the connection. When I wanted to definitive cancel the account, no one was available each time, I had to try to contact them 10 times. Then they say I should have done it 2 months before cancellation. Now one month before, suddenly my SIM card does not work anymore, but they confirmed nothing was wrong with it on my side. I could not call or use 4G for a week, so I had to pay for another account in the mean time. They did not compensate me for this at all, they only tried to send me a new SIM card but did not do anything about the extra's I had to pay. In the end, they did solve the issue with the SIM card but they did not want to compensate for the inconveniences.
Terrible Customer service
There appears to be an error with my fiber outlet/cable. Calling at least twice a week since 3 Weeks - they won't send me the router nor let me cancel my plan. They promise a technician or fiber expert calling me almost every time but nothing changes.
Called them during my cancellation period and they promised me everything will work. 1 day after all the problems started appearing.
They just make the sale on you and then stop caring.
Avoid at all cost or it will cost you!
Absolute idiots! The website is so trash, you will get so confused that you will not know what you just bought untill you get bills on end... Support in the literal sense does not exist.

I cannot stress enough how much I would recommend not becoming a customer at Yallo. I’m not Swiss but lived there for 6 months. When I left Switzerland I tried terminating my subscription. Since I didn’t have my Swiss simcard anymore I was only able to contact them via chat. Everytime I tried chatting with them it said it would forward my request to their cancellation team. Since there was no available agents the chat closed and they would contact me via email. Every time I do that they say I need to call even tho they advertise that termination is possible via chat. I’m not able to call their phone number since I don’t have my simcard and they don’t accept foreign numbers to call their support. I even tried not paying in hopes that if they would stop my subscription when they handed over my case to collections. They just activated it again with a big “reactivation” fee.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

So sounds like I am having a similar situation as everyone else in these comments, however I am just not going to pay their fees they are charging me for cancelation even though I gave them 3-4 months notice, they just didn't read my email. Yallo if you stfu and stop billing me, I'll delete this review. Worst customer service ever, swiss people take pride in their work, these guys probably aren't swiss.

Horrible experience. They opened a contract in my name without my consent or proper document validation. I never used the phone number for even a minute, yet when I called to cancel, they told me I have to pay 130 euro anyway.
I don’t understand how a company can activate a contract without confirming the customer’s identity and then demand payment for a service that was never used. This feels very dishonest and unprofessional.
I strongly advise others to be careful and think twice before using this service. I hope the company takes responsibility and changes these practices.
Yallo is the worst
Horrible service. I officially left Switzerland on April, sent all the confirmation documents, and they’re still sending invoices to pay for May and now June. And of course customer service is replying forever. Avoid this company.

Never register an account with this company
Never try to access their website! If you see a good offer and you register your details, they will start to charge you, they hide an "activation fee". They are liars and then they register a 2 years plan in your name. When you try to cancel, they will never reply to the chat, they will open a ticket and never reply to it. It is a disaster, dont let yourself been attracted by their cheap offers as they hide things behind. Once you call to complain they offer removing the activation fee, but they can not just cancel it, even if you never used it.

Terrible service overall worst company ever. They state that you can pause to a certain time then when you cancel within that time say that you are canceling your plan early. Don't even bother with the customer service it might as well not exist. By far the worst and unethical phone company I have had the displeasure of doing business with.

If there's one piece of advice I can give you, it's this: never, ever sign up with Yallo. Not in this life, not in your next reincarnation, not even as a cruel joke. Just like another unfortunate subscriber, I was lured in by smooth talk over the phone, only to be hit with charges for services I never used. And let me tell you, getting out of their garbage contract is a full-blown nightmare that continues to cost me for months after I tried to cancel.
Their so-called “customer service” is a joke. You’ll be bounced around like a ping-pong ball from one clueless representative to another, only to be sent back to where you started. It’s an endless loop of frustration, misinformation, and zero accountability.
If you're looking for decent service and a company that actually respects its customers, run far, far away from Yallo. They’re the definition of what a service provider shouldn't be. Total regret.
I bought 5G internet for home with Yallo
I bought 5G internet for home with promess of super fast internet. I also bought the best Fritz Box router with two antennas and 5G capable. First I got about 20 Mbits/s but since I works at home that is A) not a lot and B) it get worse and worse. Now I get 3.7 Mbits/s with their top service plan. Lousy!!
Zero starts is better
I tried to purchase a prepaid card that turned out not to be a PREpaid card because even without using it I continued to receive invoices to pay, when I finally managed to contact them and cancel I still had to pay for another 2 months, ridiculous. On top of that, the quality of the network was shameful.

The promises of the sales folks not honored and huge invoices for a service that barely works. When contesting invoices no response, just more fees at their will. Already had to return two sets of equipment incorrectly sent. Adding on to having a 4g box in a fibre equipped apartment, not even enough to watch TV.

I wanted to move away from them and they have hidden penalty fees CHF 100-200CHF, 2-3 months min contract duration.
Also, if you are simply considering porting your number DO NOT SIGN ANY (POA) as it is a legal document they will use to charge you in case you decide not go ahead with their bad services.. there is 100-200 chf fees you will need to pay.
Network ( BAD): they claim to use sunrise network but simply is worst than that. no 5G, no good 4G.. simply bad.
Customer Service (Aggressive and Bad): if you call them they normally dont answer and if they do , they reply to in a very bad manner. some of the customer services are from Easter Europe and they speak to you with sentences like ( thats not my problem , thats your problem), ( you have to pay or there is nothing we do , you signed a document , now you pay or you cannot leave , .. you should have read the documents you signed .. )
