What a scam

What a scam. They promise unlimited 5G, but I commute up to 15 hours a week and half the time I can’t even browse or stream anything on my mobile network. I can’t wait to switch to another provider.

tried to change from a prepaid to a plan, but couldnt activate because I had no credit on my prepaid account left. Had to top up first. Also run out of credit very quickly. Very bad with hidden fees as well. And got the wrong info, thought it was a plan, not prepaid, when I bought it. Never again!

Worst cancelation experience ever

They run you in circles when you have to change or cancel something.
I had to leave the country, and canceling the internet contract was a nightmare.
They cite certain contractual obligations when you call to get the contract, while they say the opposite when you cancel their contracts(like a 2-month notice, or find another user to avoid the 2-month notice when leaving the country).
Asking them to have this in writing, they refuse to do it. They also fail to point out where I can find all this "contractual" information that they claim to be true.

Given my extremely disappointing experience, I would recommend staying away from them.

So, when I left Switzerland, I had to pay two extra months for my mobile internet. Apparently for late termination notice. Ok, whatever.

Here’s the kicker. I paid the last bit last month. I used to do this via the e-bill option of my account with BCV. But since I left, I no longer have that option becuse I closed my BCV account. So the last bill, I paid via my non-Swiss credit card. Here’s the thing. Doing it that way charged me with 1CHF. But that 1 chf charge is billed the following month, which I got recently. Again, since I dont have a swiss bank account where I can pay via e-bill, I will opt to pay by my non-swiss credit card. But doing so again will charge me 1CHF, billable the following month. There is no option to pay 2CHF to cover the charge and the charge of the charge. Wtf?!

And what’s up with not providing an email address for easy contact?!

I hope I won’t make this mistake again

I hope I won’t make this mistake again. Their service is full of hidden fees and tricks that end up costing more, and it’s difficult to get out of it. For example, I had to call to cancel a faster internet plan that was activated by default without my consent. Additionally, I switched to a "prepaid plan," but I was charged despite not having any balance, and it took two months for me to be able to switch to another provider.

I ordered their promotion for chf 23,80…

I ordered their promotion for chf 23,80 in November for my family, because we were all on different providers. My usual provider (Migros/Swisscom) had only 4GB data per month, which was not enough, and since we are often in Europe, the idea of having 40GB in Europe sounded good... I asked many questions: coverage ("It's Sunrise, and Sunrise boasts its coverage), hidden costs, etc...

Reality: Where we spend a lot of time in Switzerland, you can hardly download your emails the Internet is so slow. Loading a page is slowest if at all possible... Both my wife and I are freelancers, so we need Internet at speed!. In other words, I still need a prepaid Internet (Swisscom InOne)... that was NOT what I wanted, and I told them that back in November. The technical service says "reboot your phone"... In other words, the usual, translated "leave us alone, it's your problem."
COSTS: The first invoice arrived: It's chf 4 more, because they NEVER informed me that paper invoices cost chf 4,00 -- NB: I always direct debit my phone, in case I am away from the office. AND I TOLD THEM THAT when ordering!.

COSTS 2: The invoice announces that as of April 1, there will be a surcharge of chf 2 !!

If this continues, and if that internet is still at snails pace just south of Zurich near a town of 17,000 people (I am not talking about some desert up in Graubünden!), my relationship with Yallo will be a VERY SHORT ONE, and I will make that view known: If consumers don't get up on their back feet, they will get scammed every time.

Message to Yallo: Transparency is key to good customer relations. Check out how many dissatisfied customers you have and make changes. We really dislike being hoodwinked. And getting a lost customer back is almost impossible.

SCAM AND WORST EXPERIENCE

I had a terrible experience with this network company! Their customer service is the worst, utterly incompetent. I strongly advise against using their services; don't be tempted by their "affordable promotions" as they come with hidden drawbacks. We made the mistake of canceling our WiFi service with them and switching to their fiber optic cable because of the attractive pricing. Unfortunately, they disconnected our internet two days early, on January 30th, and provided us with a SIM card and a box to cover the "gap" until the scheduled installation of our Fiberbox. (We reaching max 10mbps speed) The installation date of February 7th was set only after we called them in December to inquire why they hadn't provided an installation date. Shockingly, they claimed we hadn’t sent in the correct number or the fiberbox number. Instead of reaching out to us to resolve this issue, they remained silent. Due to this oversight, they only offered us this new date, which was two months later. When we tried to confirm the time for the technician's visit, we received no clear answers. We were told the technician would contact us directly. Initially, they mentioned it was a technician from Sunrise, but when we contacted Sunrise, they had no record of the installation, as it was Yallo who was supposed to arrange it. On the supposed day of installation, we received an email stating it was merely an "Acceptance date," not the actual installation date. This lack of professionalism and poor communication is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against using their services.

Zero Customer Support

I should've never made the decision to move my Wingo optical Internet to them. More than 6 weeks I have been waiting on a response to my 6 emails. Never expected such poor service from a Swiss company and from a company listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange like Sunrise who owns Yallo. Stay away from them!

Tried to cancel and provided official…

Tried to cancel and provided official proof of moving country (government paper) via email.. however, the only way they allow you to cancel is via telephone call. They purposely make it hard to cancel to ensure they take an extra few months from you.

The restrictions with the service often meant once or twice I'd be charge premium for services that were not in my standard contract.

Be careful, be familiar and understand the risk.

Customer services don't care. They're Swiss. They still have their invincible attitude.

The worse company ever!

Purchased a mobile plan on Black Friday with a promotion - 0 CHF activation fee!
After 3 month they included in the bill 59 CHF activation fee!
The package Black Plus includes everything UNLIMITED in CH, Europe, USA! I found in the bill they charged me some phone calls in CH and USA! What a hell?!
