Do NOT switch to YALLO!!!!

Do NOT switch to YALLO!!!!
They told us we do not have to cancel our old subscriptions because they will take care of it all. Well we switched 4 cellphones, internet and TV over from Sunrise/UPC (who also owns Yallo). Well we kept receiving UPC internet/TV bills. 2 months on and Yallo says they did not say this. BULL!!! Now we had to cancel internet ourselves and have to pay another 2 more months. 4 months totaling over 500 chf. They conveniently never call us back and have lost recordings over 2 months old. We are still waiting for management to call us back.

Disappointing

Got an internet box that works well. However, customer support was very difficult to reach. Here are some of the reasons for my disappointment:

1. I never actually signed a contract, but simply got the invoices sent to me.
2. While it's free to call Yallo to hear about products to buy, it costs money to call customer support.
3. When I tried calling customer support, all three times I couldn't get through.
4. I had the wrong wall outlet for their internet box, so they sent a technician to fix it. I asked what I had to pay, and they said it was included. Then they sent an invoice for 99 CHF.
5. I tried to protest but couldn't contact them through phone for some reason, so I used there chatbot to send them a message. I did this twice without any answer. Then I simply payed anyway.
6. They often call me trying to sell me more stuff which is simply annoying.

Completely a scam company

Completely a scam company. Lie to customers, charge more fees, impossible to cancel, extremely terrible quality. A company like this should not be allowed to operate in Switzerland.

In detail: I called in July to cancel all my plans with Lebara because the mobile quality is unbearable. I do not want any business with this rubbish company anymore. They told me there is a 2 month wait period. OK.

Three months later, I received another bill of a "Miscellaneous Fee" of 32.85 CHF. Tried to contact via contact form, chatbot, email multiple times, never received any reply. Had to call customer service (another 1.50 CHF cost).

It turned out back in July, they had lied to me and put me on some "Lebara Zero" plan instead of cancelling my plans as I requested. Now they say they submit a case and see if the fee will be cancelled. Who knows.

I wasted so much time and money once starting a plan with this company. Please please avoid at all cost!!!!!!

Could it get any worse with Yallo…

Could it get any worse with Yallo Suisse?

We ordered home internet at CHF 49.90 per month with free setup (since I’m handling the connection myself). Yet, they're charging us CHF 99.00 for installation and CHF 100.00 per month for the service!

Naturally, no one can assist on the chat. Naturally, no one returns our calls. And, of course, they expect us to make paid calls to reach them.

What a nightmare!

Bad Customer Support

I am honestly totally dissapointed with Yallo, I have been a loyal customer and before this point I had mobile, cable and tv through Yallo. I rang to say I was disappointed with the speed of the Cable as I wasn´t getting the internet speed that I should have and they immediately offered that i could get fiber optics. After a delay on getting the installation because it turned out at the same time the owner of the apartment was getting fiber optic connections put in every apartment in the building it was agreed that it would be connected and activated on the 15th. The Fiber Optic was installed but not activation. After calling 5 days in a row and being told you`re a priority we will get back to you as soon as possible I was finally given a date another 10 days later, mind you this was after they had suggested that I cancel the cable internet 2 days after the initial activation date, thank god I didn`t. Now I am here 10 days later at 7pm after the activation time was meant to be at 5pm and having already informed them at 5:30 that I still have no internet getting off yet another phone call with them and being informed that nothing can be done until tomorrow. I am looking at an activation date 17 days later than what was originally arranged and the best they can say is sorry.

Absolute trash customer support

Absolute trash customer support. I made one payment that they didn't allocate to my account. no way to recover it or get any support so I just had to pay again. If you want to pay by card they charge you extra. If you want to cancel you have to use their stupid chat bot. their 'no lockin' contract has a full 2 month cancellation period. Every time you use their chat bot it asks you a million questions and then says 'no agents are available'. If you finally get an agent, they ask you some questions, and then you get the 'no agents are available error'. Their 'once in a lifetime deals' happen nearly every day with fake count downs. Completely trash company that just tries to extract money from their customers. Moving to Digital Republic.

Cheap prices but very very bad service.

Yallo offers really cheap prices but very very bad quality products. I have had limited mobile subscription and a home internet subscription. Both of them are really really slow when it's supposed to be "high speed internet". Furthermore, the signal comes and goes and sometimes I can't even google due to the bad quality of the signal. When I called to complain they told me that the region where I lived has "bad coverage" (Aargau) by also where I work (Zug) and now I moved to Luzern and it just gets worse. Finally I've cancelled both contracts. It's not worth to try Yallo, it's very very bad.
