Don't bother.
Poor customer service and a very misleading delivery time. States on product "personalised and dispatched within 2-3 days" actual time for it to be personalised and dispatched is closer to 5 days, even paying for 'speedy' delivery.
Item isn't arriving in time to be gifted, refused to push out early, or cancel item. CS team couldn't care less if they tried. I'd avoid and go to Esty. Lesson learnt.

I can see you have spoken with our customer care team at length regarding your order, and all the information you were presented with in our communications was correct.
Your order was placed at approximately 1pm on Monday 15th April, and the items you purchased carried a production time of 2-3 working days as you have stated. As we explained when you reached out, the production timescale does not include the day the order was placed. As such, your order would have been due to leave us no later than Thursday 18th April which places it at 3 working days since the order was placed. We provide the production timescales on site to accurately set customer expectations when ordering, and as we understand many of our items are purchased as gifts. I can only apologise if these were misinterpreted.
Unfortunately when you contacted us on Wednesday 17th April, your items were too far along in the production process to cancel, and as we advised we're unable to expedite orders due to the tailor-made nature of our items. We do offer a speedy delivery option on site, however this does not speed up the production process and simply upgrades your delivery to a Tracked 24 service. We do state this within our FAQ section, and I do apologise for any confusion caused.
Nonetheless, we greatly appreciate your feedback and this will be passed on to the necessary teams.
I can also see your order was shipped yesterday, and this should be delivered today for you.
If you do require any further assistance, please do reach out to our customer care team who will happily help.

Searched the internet for a card supplier for a birthday card for my daughter's rescued greyhound, who by the way, has now become my beloved grand-dog. :)
I came across Yappy.com and gave them a chance. Well, I could not have chosen a better seller. My chosen card design was easy to make on the Yappy.com site and ordering was equally as easy. My card arrived in very fast time from despatch. Communication with Yappy was excellent. The card itself is of a very high quality for the price paid. The fonts and colour representation are bold and vibrant. My daughter was delighted with the card and I'm sure her devoted Robbie the rescued greyhound was too. Overall, an excellent purchase from an excellent business. I will not hesitate to buy again when Robbie's 'Gotcha' day come around in June. (Oh, did I mention, Robbie has his own Instagram site. "Rescued Robbie".) A worthy 5* review.
