Very slow to dispatch
I ordered an item on 14/12/23. It was a generic Christmas bandana, no name or anything. It wasn’t posted until 20/12/23. It was delivered on 27/12/23. As this was after Christmas a Christmas bandana was no use. The company would not take it back 😢

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your recent Yappy experience, although I am saddened to see you felt this was a 1* experience as I can see you spoke with our customer care team at length regarding this yesterday.
All of our bandanas are personalised and tailor-made to order, and as such we do advise at the time of purchasing to allow 3-4 working days for these to be created before they are shipped. As your order was placed in the late evening of 14th December (Thursday) this would not have entered production until the morning of Friday 15th. Your order was then marked as shipped on Wednesday 20th December, and as this was the 4th working day since your order was placed, your order was shipped from our facility within the timeframes specified when ordering.
We did also advise from 14th December onwards that selecting Speedy Delivery during checkout would be the best way to ensure your items arrived before Christmas, and I can see that you selected standard delivery on the order. As such, we would have been unable to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery for the item.
I can see when we spoke to you yesterday regarding this, we did acknowledge that the delivery did take slightly longer than usual, even with Christmas being a factor. As such, a refund on your postage fee was offered by ways of apology for the item being delayed in transit with Royal Mail. This offer was declined by yourself, however is still open should you have a change of heart.
In regards to returning the item, as this is a personalised & tailor-made item we're unable to accept a return on this. We do state within the product descriptions on site and within our terms and conditions that personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty, and I do apologise if this was missed at all.
I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience this time around, but should you choose to shop with us again and require any assistance, please do reach out to our customer care team.

Excellent product and service. The quality of the books are great for young children as well as old through to adult. I spent hours with my nieces finding their furry cousins (our dogs). The little girl loved the book - Bijou's wondrous adventures. She is 7. Her face when turning the pages & seeing her dog having lots of adventures was priceless! I was a little worried that it might have been too young for her - but we all loved it.

Fantastic shop
I came across this website by a Google search and I ordered late Friday night and my ordered as just been delivered on the Wednesday. I was so worried that it wouldn't come in time for Xmas but i shouldn't of worried.
The personised dog bowl is fantastic it's actually a lot bigger than I was expecting. My puppy could actually have a bath in it rather than using it has a water bowl. The personised mug is fantastic as well. To be able to choose what you want your dog to look like in setting your account up gives you your own personal gift page were you can choose a very large range of things.
I will definitely be ordering again and I definitely recommend you will not be disappointed
