Really disappointed with their…
Really disappointed with their timelines and service. I ordered a gift Saturday morning and the site advertised that it would be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
This seemed fair enough, and I didn’t expect it to be sent out until Wednesday. I added the speedy delivery option fully expecting to receive it by the following Friday, giving myself 5 working days.
Wednesday (the 3rd working day comes around) and there is no movement, so I checked in with the online help. They advised it would be dispatched before the end of the working day and take 48hrs for delivery. 48 hours for delivery seemed a bit high, given I’d paid extra and upgraded my delivery options, but again I accepted without complaint.
However after the 3rd working day has been and gone, the product still isn’t even dispatched…. So unfortunately the advice given on the online help was both incorrect, as well as the advertised timeframe on the site.
This was going to be a secret Santa gift and unfortunately now won’t arrive on time. I’m out £20 and will eventually one day receive an item personalised for someone else’s dog.
If you’re a much more organised person than me and have more than a week for a gift to arrive this might work for you. If like me, you go by the timeframes on the site, then you too may end up having to rush out and buy another gift elsewhere.

Firstly I would like to apologise that your order was delayed in this instance. We do pride ourselves on meeting production and delivery timescales advised on site, however due to the sheer volume of orders being processed at this time of year we can encounter slight delays. I can only apologise that your order was affected by this.
We do state clearly on site to allow 24-48 hours for items to arrive once they have been shipped. This applies to our Speedy Delivery option as this is the timescale provided to us by Royal Mail for their Tracked 24 service; the service we use for Speedy Delivery. There is a small additional fee for this delivery upgrade (normally around £1.00 for singular items), however we have found that orders sent via this option have arrived within the times specified.
As per your request in your last email to us, your order has been cancelled and a full refund issued. This should reflect to your original payment method within 10 working days.
If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer care team who will be more than happy to help.

Really fabulous gifts. The cat & dog calendars for Christmas are such good quality & a lovely pet owners gift. The wrapping paper & cards aren't cheap but they are extremely good quality with thick luxury feel paper. Very pleased again with our purchases.
