Good customer service
Even though the purchased product was not ready for shipment, contacting me ahead of time showed good customer service which is sorely lacking when purchasing things online these days.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, shipping fast. Only issue I had was that when my plum tree was delivered, despite being packaged well, had a metal rod sticking out of side of package and the tree was broke in half completely. I showed some love and the tree that I salvaged now has healthy new growth.

My poor tree was delivered upside down…
My poor tree was delivered upside down and smushed by its own pot. There was a lot of breakage and I had to trim many limbs that not longer had leaves, the rest are bent. I’m hoping the little thing can survive with what’s left.
