I haven't received my order yet so I can't give a full review and the problem is I ordered next day delivery but its been 4 days and I haven't heard anything yet

I’ve bought a lot from Yardsale over the years (2 caps, a beanie, 3 shorts, jeans, 2 shirts, 2 t-shirts, 4 pullovers, 1 hoodie and 6 zip hoodies), so this is not coming from someone who ordered once and is just complaining. I genuinely like the brand and the quality of most items is usually very good.

Unfortunately, the way orders and customer support are handled is unacceptable.

In my last three orders, there was always one item missing from the parcel. The worst part is that Yardsale never informed me beforehand that the item wasn’t included. You only realize after receiving the package that something you paid for was simply never shipped.

Trying to resolve this with support is extremely frustrating. Emails often go completely unanswered. The only way to sometimes get a response is by messaging them on Instagram and hoping they reply. Even then, you often have to chase them for weeks across multiple platforms just to get a refund for something they never sent in the first place.

Right now I am still waiting for a refund for a jacket that never arrived. On Instagram they repeatedly told me they would send an email “today”, but that email never came. Now they have stopped responding again.

It’s a shame because the clothing itself is good, but the ordering experience has become extremely unreliable. I would strongly advise against ordering from them unless you are willing to risk paying for items that may never be shipped and then spending weeks chasing customer support, with no guarantee that you will get your money back.

I love my shorts.

I nearly didn’t buy them as the site had xl listed as 32” and I had to go back and forwards a few times to find out that they would stretch up to a 44”.

However, this worked in my favour - when I finally ordered the shorts, I stupidly pressed S rather than XL - yardsale saw this and double checked with me.

So I guess the feedback is - excellent customer service, but maybe some clearer sizing info needed?

I placed an order for the holidays and got confused about tariffs and fees. My fault! I contacted customer service and we worked it all out. I was very grateful for the excellent customer service.

my order hasn’t been shipped yet it’s been a couple weeks i’m starting to think it would never be shipped aviod this brand to not get scammed

NOT A RELIABLE BRAND, AVOID!!! i made an online order almost 3 weeks ago. it said it would be delivered in 3-5 working days. its been 16 days and i still KNOW NOTHING about it. i keep sending emails asking about it, but i got cero replies so far. i reached out on instagram and they said they would get back to me in the next 24 hours and guess what: NO ANSWER STILL. they have my money, i dont have what i ordered (which was a present btw) and i still dont have an answer or a refund.

I’ve purchased plenty of quality products from yardsale over the years, all of their clothes are durable enough to skate in and their skateboard decks ride well. any items I’ve ever had issues with have been dealt with quickly and have been replaced or refunded within a few days, would highly recommend this website

Very cool clothes, good quality

I paid for shipping and handling at time of purchase to be hit with almost $40 extra charges at time of delivery because I’m in Canada. No warning ahead of time, just a check box on the shipping label to bill the receiver for any additional charges. Also took 3 weeks to arrive -18 days to arrive at customs and then only 3 days to get to me.

Shocking customer service

Horrendous customer service. Wouldn’t accept my return because it didn’t get sent back in the same packing. Now won’t refund me or return the hoodie. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered with next day delivery nearly 2 weeks ago. Tracking says no parcel has yet been passed to the courier. Have emailed but no response, even though website says they reply in 2-3 days. So far, they have my money but I have nothing and no one's answering. Beware.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE - PAID £115 AND OVER 3 WEEKS AGO AND NOTHING HAS ARRIVED AND THEY WONT RESOND TO EMAILS SO CANT GET A REFUND!!! THIEVES !

Update: Yardsale did come back to me and I have got a full refund. Although the delay on confirming receipt of my return being signed for was stressful Jose was very helpful and went above and beyond in the end.

A brand that expresses wonderful graphics in a variety of techniques. The quality is also good. Even if you order from a faraway country, it always arrives well.
