Excellent yarn and crafts seller

My order was my first with Yarn Worx and I am very happy with everything.

The yarns I bought were very well packed and my order came so very quickly.

My package was sent to the wrong…

My package was sent to the wrong address through no fault of mine. I was made to believe that the mistake was all mine, and the stance from Yarn Worx was' Royal mail delivered to the address, and I should take it up with Google Pay, which I promptly did. Google Pay confirmed that the address they have on record is indeed my current and correct address. I contacted Yarn Worx once more to share the reply from Google Pay, but their firm stance was... Royal Mail delivered it, so they view the transaction as completed. I then asked what they proposed I do as I am now out of pocket and sans the yarn I bought. The customer service reply was to accept the loss

Dear Lize,
This was your first and only order with us which you placed online. Your billing and shipping address was provided by you when placing the order. When you called us, you said we had delivered to your old address from 3 years ago….how would we know where you used to live?
When people use an external payment provider such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, we have seen it before where people’s old addresses are stored within their account and it defaults to this. I tried to explain this to you on the phone but you swore at me repeatedly and hung up.
Royal Mail have fulfilled their delivery- to the address which YOU provided. As frustrating as it must be for you having made this error, I fail to see how you can blame us for your mistake. Furthermore, you did NOT contact us a second time with any information from Google Pay.

Great Service

This is the first time i have ever had a subscription for yarn and i was not disappointed. The quailty of the yarn is beautiful. When this subscription is finished i will be ordering again.

Love at first stitch

Oh my God I love yarnworx. The stock is exquisite and Gavin has been truly helpful and professional. Minus one star because, well….. how dare this beautiful shop be on the other side of the country to me?! 😂
