Communicated incorrect amount to be claimed via liberty insurance for refund. When a lower amount was claimed I challenged yatra regarding the amount the Customer Service rep did not even care to check the actual refund airline gave only after pushing he checked and the actual refund was 2K less than what it was supposed to be.

very bad service. They are in market to cheat people. Dont use yatra site. Dangerous people. they will loot your company.

Yatra.com service provider is a fraud platform, kindly careful and read all reviews before attempting to book any tickets, more than 10 days refund has not received to my original mode of payment and in this 10 days spoke to 4 customer care executive and all they lying have emails as proof sent by Yatra.com

Today I booked my LAST ticket via any travel portal. YATRA was the BEST, just a few years ago and now they are alongside all of THEM, in depths of sewage. No customer care number, no option working in IVR, no support at all.
Tried to reschedule/cancel an international ticket within 20 minutes, NOTHING happened. Nothing is happening. Have written to them and am waiting for their "CALL BACK"!

ITS IS TOO FAR FROM THE SIGHTSEEING PLACES & one has to pay almost the room rent for the transport for our places of visits.

2.Swiming Pool - PLEASE DON'T USE IT. YOU WILL CATCH UP SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES. SOP OF IT IS NOT being FOLLOWED. Dead white worms were seen on 12/06/25.

4. NOT WORTH FOR ₹2654/- I PAID FOR A NIGHT STAY.

They made my wife ( both knee joints replacement done recently 4 months ago)to claim down 2 floors despite we have 30 minutes advance notice, but the LIFT WAS TAKEN FOR SERVICE,which must have been done after our exit

sar mein dard yatra, booked international flights and wanted to reschedule it. These people have zero ethics, have charged me 14k for rescheduling, pinning it on "dynamic fare price changes", Obviously the 14k could have been invested more appropriately into buying a ticket so I asked for a refund since they had not still rescheduled it (despite me paying them 14k) and so they processed it. They called me back today asking me for the money back saying they have no records of the payments I made and threatening that if "i dont repay them" my flight will be cancelled. I need to get abroad asap but this whole rescheduling thing has left me with no option other than buying a new ticket. Their customer service is shit and they for sure need training. save urself from the mental agony and stay far away from yatra.

Worst than worst… these people have no ethics the are just scammers. They take advance and then after you can see their original behaviour. I booked full Goa trip without air tickets. They have assigned a driver to receive my family but the driver doesn’t know about his assignment because there is no message from Yatra… some how I approached to Hotel then what I find, there is no booking and hotel staff told we have no bookings. Then after I urged hotel staff to show the room they asked about mail from Yatra.com.
After that the mail sent by Yatra person to hotel with wrong information of my family. Then while seeing the actuals, the hotel person demanded more extra amount. Guy’s it’s request to don’t do any deal with these frauds. Also these bluff masters has to banned as deserves.
And lastly the service provider when asked to refund the paid amount, he misbehaved in absurd manner and used very cheap language.
Lastly, I was thinking that my money is blocked by these frauds and in whole life I will never trust the cheapers. Strongly needed to expose these for safety.

we purchased a huge amount package from yatra.com and they promised alot of things in written and on verbal baises but at the time of fulfillment they straightup denied and even the room categories mentioned were denied by the hotels upon arrival, even though we paid for innova crysta they were constantly pushing us to take the ertiga mind you that we already paid 10k more for the innova crysta, the service was outright outrageous, i was being tossed around between sales excicutive Nancy Maurya, senior excicutive Nitin rana, jtiendar kumar, puja rana they were the most unhelpful custumer service ever we were trying to call them and they were continously were trying their best to ignore us as much as possible, i strongly reccoment you to not take services from such a company ever.

Yatra Is a Scam – Avoid at All Costs

I booked a Premium Economy seat via Yatra for an Air India flight on 28th May, paying extra for comfort. I even did the web check-in. Just a day before the flight, I was downgraded to Economy.

Turns out, it wasn’t Air India’s fault — it was Yatra who requested the downgrade, simply because someone else paid more than me. Unbelievable.

Yatra is unethical, greedy, and completely untrustworthy. Their customer support? Useless. No help, no accountability.

This company should be banned. Never booking through Yatra again.

This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I needed to cancel or reschedule a flight due to a personal emergency, and their website was barely functional. It was super laggy and unresponsive. Even worse, it didn’t show how much refund I’d actually get after cancellation — instead, it told me to email or contact support for more info.WHAT?

I tried to move forward with the rescheduling, but the site just froze and wouldn’t go to the next page. So I emailed them — no response. I tried calling their customer care number, and their automated system didn’t even have an option to cancel or change an existing booking.

After wasting hours trying every possible way to get help, I had to give up and find a different helpline just to get someone to talk to.

This whole thing was a mess. Yatra clearly doesn’t care about users or emergencies, and their systems are totally broken. I’d strongly advise avoiding this platform altogether — book directly with airlines or use literally anyone else.

Trying to reschedule my international flight but unable to reach the customer care. I manage to reach someone from the travel booking desk they were super useless saying that it's none of their concern.

I bought a ticket internation with them and when I had to cancel they don't give the response nor give the refund.very worst experience with these guys.they literally take money but are not responsible.when asked they ask us to talk to airlines.since we don't book firstly from airlines they ask us to contact yatra guys and they ness up..very very bad experience .please don't go with them..do not suggest at all.find the booking reference 0905250002158

I booked a ticket through this company. Firstly they add a huge 'convenience fee', obviously very convenient for them. I had to cancel my ticket due to serious illness. Now, having waited for almost 3 weeks, I realise that they are holding onto my money which was refunded by the airline (Akasa Air) the same day: will I ever recieve that money? This is daylight robbery Don't use them, EaseMyTrip is way better and much lower fees.

Update: I finally got a reply about my refund and of course Yatra had taken another two fees which wiped out 90% of the refund. Should be called yatra.CON. Awful company, just thieves.

To Yatra: look at the reviews you get, you should be ashamed of yourselves and how you cheat people.

Have booked 3 international tickets thru yatra. On ticket price they are showing clearly 0 cost 0 % emi ,n showing tickets at lower price. So we book frm them and in the interest statement they are charging full amount of interst and also mentioning that the bank is charging. Clearly the ticket price the total of 3 emi mentioned is also different in the final column n now the ticket cost in the statement is different.
If you wanted to sell tickets at higher price ,you should mention that at the booking time only. Clearly misleading customers to buy tickets from their site.

I am a first time user of yatra and would like to highlight the horrible experience I have had with them
I was planning a visit to visit Singapore . I bought the ticket but had it for the wrong date . I called them immediately to correct the incorrect information. They told me the ticket was non refundable so cannot change . I told them that was fine and to leave it as is . Subsequently I found out that the ticket was cancelled and I was only getting less than 10% as refund. The company kept on calling me and email me with incorrect information and telling me that it was my fault and I was not due a refund.bery very disappointed with all the people I spoke with. They sent me several emails blaming.me for the cancellation. Will never buy from the . Stay away from them . BAD company and worse Customer Service. . Please do not ever use yatra. Com they are the most horrible company. Please save your hard earned money so that you don't get scanned by this fraud.

want to Give -ve rating....but cant

I wanted to travel to Prayagraj on 8th Feb and booked the bus ticket worth ₹6300/- AC sleeper from Hyderabad through Yatra.com. On the ticket,
the bus timing was 11:00 AM. On the website, for the same travel and destination, lower prices were showing for the same day, but the morning
price was higher. I chose this time since I planned to reach my destination at a particular time, considering 6-8 hours of buffer time for the
21-hour journey (as per the website).

One day before traveling, i.e., on 8th Feb, I called the number shown on the ticket. The person who answered said it was a different Dhananjaya
Travels and that they mistakenly listed my number on the website. They assured me not to worry and that the travel person would contact me 2-3
hours before my traveling time (11:00 AM on 9th Feb).

The next morning, at 8:00 AM, I did not receive any calls or messages related to the bus details. I then tried calling Yatra.com customer care,
but the number showed as "not in use," and another number displayed "all lines are busy" every time, for the next 45 minutes. Then I called to
the person to whom I called last night. The guy first said there were no buses to Prayagraj in the morning, and all buses were leaving Hyderabad
from 4:00 PM onwards. But when I mentioned that my ticket showed 11:00 AM, he started shouting at me, saying, "Bhai, maine ek baar bola samajh nahi
aata kya? Mai abhi 4:00 PM ki gadi chala ke aaya hoon, mujhe so ne de, mera neend aur dimag kharaab mat kar." Then, I said, "My travel time is
11:00 AM, and I need to travel at that time. How are you saying the bus time will be 4:00 PM without sending me any notice?" He replied, "They must
have sent a message or email. 'tum Padhe-likhe log" don’t check messages and emails start calling to us to fight. I said, "I have checked all my
emails/SMS/WhatsApp, everything, to check such things before calling you since I was getting worried about it." Then he said, "Abe, bola tha na,
bheja hai. Mera time waste mat kar, sab samajh le, maine call pe bola diya na, yahi confirmation hai," and disconnected the call.

I became anxious as I was unable to think about what to do next, since I now felt I wouldn’t be able to travel, almost on the verge of crying.
One concern was that I had already booked my return journey flight tickets worth ₹11,000/-. Then I spoke to one of my roommates, and I tried
calling with his number. The person started the same old story, saying they mistakenly posted my number and then disconnected the call. My friend
called him again, and he started narrating the second story about bus timing changes and saying I had already been informed through SMS. By that time,
I took the call and started saying I needed to travel at that time anyhow. He asked, "From where did you book the tickets?" I said, "From Yatra.com."
Then he said, "Call them to pick you up." I replied that their call was not reachable, and he started giving me bad "gallis." In reply, I also started
giving him the same words back, and within a few seconds, he disconnected the call.

I then spoke to another friend to discuss the same issue, and he advised me to calm down. He said, "It’s urgent for you. You go, and I'll share 50% of
your flight tickets, whatever it is" (the flight ticket cost ₹23,000/- for a one-way flight for the same day at 7:00 PM).

Later, at 4:00 PM, I received an SMS and WhatsApp message that my bus was rescheduled, and the new timing was 4:30 PM from a place around 20 km from my
house (it usually takes 45 minutes to reach there). This place was totally in the opposite direction from the location I had chosen during booking the
tickets (which was 7 km away). Immediately after, I received a call from another number asking if I could reach the new location, as they were going to
start in 30 minutes. I said I wanted to cancel my ticket, but he said it was not possible from their side, and I could only do it through Yatra.com. From
the morning onwards, I had been trying to cancel my ticket, and it kept showing, "Sorry, your cancellation has failed. Please contact cancellationatyatra.com."

So this costed me ovrall 23,000 + 6300 + 11,000 = 40,300/- journey which could be 25,000/- if if would have done booking for flight initially instead of bus.

I booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Nagpur today. A convenience fee was added at the very last moment so that no body notices it. It's is an open scam going on. This was my very first and last booking with yatra.com

THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CHEATER. CONFIRMED MY AIR TICKET AND AFTER THAT I GOT A CALL THAT PRICE HAS BEEN INCRESED SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE SAME SO I ASK THEM TO CANCEL ALL MY BOOKINGS AND REFUND MY MONEY.
THEY TOLD ME THAT I WILL NOT GET FULL REFUND.

SO THEY ASK FOR EXTRA MONEY AFTER BOOKING AND IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL TICKET FOR THIS KIND OF FRAUD THEY WONT REFUND YOU.

THEY ARE FREAKING SCAMSTERS.
