I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Yatra Portal. Despite numerous attempts to resolve a booking issue, their customer support team was utterly unhelpful and unresponsive. I encountered multiple issues with my booking, and instead of assisting me, they left me stranded with no resolution in sight. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by Yatra Portal is unacceptable.

Warning: Stay away from Yatra Portal at all costs! Their abysmal customer service is a complete joke. I encountered nothing but incompetence and negligence when trying to sort out a booking issue. It's evident that they have no regard for their customers' time or satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and frustration by avoiding Yatra Portal like the plague. There are plenty of other travel platforms out there that actually value their customers.

Extremely disappointed with the appalling lack of assistance and poor customer service from the hotel too. When I realized I had made a mistake with my booking dates and urgently needed to amend them, I called yatra.com and the hotel immediately but no help.. Having done a payment, I aint asking a refund but atleast a date change should be possible.. Hopeless service from yatra and the comfort inn heritage hotel..

I’m sure even after this I would get a reply on my email with no help and just fake apologies..

Congratulations on losing valuable customers and I hope people dont use your site anymore.. Its not just my review but you have a lot of negative reviews which I should have seen earlier to not fall in your trap of stupid offers.. FAKE SITE AND POOR SERVICE..

Lured me with hotel booking offer.
I booked considering the good deal and paid in full.
The Hotel booking was confirmed by yatra.com.
When got to the hotel, the hotel denied any affiliation with yatra.com.
Had to face major inconvenience due to fraud by yatra.com.
Never use this platform for any booking and save yourself.

No provision to add GST details, Their customer support says we have to call them to maually input GST details!
What an irony! at this tech age, people should call to add GST details manually????

I booked a flight from vishakhapatnam to mumbai round trip for my brother in the name of Pratyush Tripathy and we didn't receive any confirmation on bookings or anything. its a fraud cheap company. NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE YATRA.COM. neither i am able to contact them nor i am able to get refund. all their customer care numbers are non-existent. no email is working. I need refund for the 11k I have spent on booking trusting this site but I am unable to contact or do anything.

Booked international flight for 2 people trusting their yatra assurance program. Booking ref 2603240063834. When I sent a screenshot of cleartrip with fare difference of 20,000 RS to them, they said I am not eligible for yatra assurance. Also yatra conveneince fee is very high.
Also unable to call from international number to their customer care.
Would have given zero or negative star.

Outstanding. Had the tasting paired with wine. Every course was well balanced and the wine was very well thought out. Our server Jasmeet and our sommelier were very attentive and knowledgeable on the food and wine. Highly recommended. 🙂

I recently booked an international ticket from Hyderabad to Seattle with the booking reference number 2202240045196. I received a confirmation email stating that the booking was confirmed and that I would receive e-tickets within the next 2-48 hours. I also called customer support to reconfirm whether my tickets are confirmed or not, and I received a response that the ticket has been confirmed & they are currently working on sending the e-tickets.. However, after 6 hours, I was informed that the ticket didn’t confirm due to my long name, which the airline couldn’t accommodate. When I spoke to their customer support, they explained the entire chaotic situation they had created. Initially, they attempted to book an international ticket without sending my passport details, resulting in the airline rejecting the booking request. Realizing their agent's mistake, they then sent the passport details to the airline. However, the airline rejected the booking due to my lengthy name, which couldn't be accommodated for ticketing purposes. When I requested support to make minor changes to my name and resubmit the request to the airline, they responded without any empathy, stating that they couldn’t do anything since it was already past 6 o’clock. This is an absolute disgrace. Firstly, why did customer support mislead me by stating that the tickets were confirmed? Inefficiency of the customer support team led to this unfortunate situation. I had to book an expensive ticket through Cleartrip to travel immediately. Beware of booking tickets through Yatra. If there is option of ZERO rating, I would have given '0' star.

Totally rubbish experience. They will charge you a huge convenience fee of 599. And even if flight is cancelled by the airlines, won’t refund the convenience fee even though it was not at all your fault. This is not the case with other travel booking apps. Their app is bulls*** won’t work properly many a times. A sh**ty experience. Never go for it. Try makemytrip, cleartrip. They are quite good compared to this rubbish one

I need to reschedule my flight. But
1. Online reschedule does not work.
2. They don't have a dedicated customer care number. When you call they give you half details and dont want you to reschedule. Was told Some expert will call me within 48 hours. Then dont finish the the rescheduling, and then mail you the case is closed.
3. They don't respond to your mails soon.

I booked an international flight from Toronto to New Delhi and my booking reference number: 0502240017852

I am trying to cancel my flight ticket but was unable to because I am not able to manage my booking online due to the login site issue. There is no contact number for customer support and chat bot is useless as it require login which I am unable to do so due to the site issues.

Terrible experience with this website!! I cancelled my flight through Yatra.com's correspondence and they assured me of a partial refund of my ticket fare within 5-10 working days. It has been more than 45 days and they have still not processed my refund, claiming that the airline (Air Vistara) has to initiate it. This is terrible, both on Yatra.com's side and Air Vistara. I contacted both of them individually, whose representatives initiated my cancellation, assuring me of the refund. Later, when I tried reaching out to them, no one has replied. If I try reaching out by phone, their customer care reps keep deferring the process! Horrendous experience.
Anyone travelling to India, please do not use this website for your travel plans.

Why YATRA cancelled ticket?, any reason, can't you communicate with customer properly?. Its one way cancellation by you? reason??

Booked flight took money from phonepe, no confirmation, no refund after 1 week still waiting . Meanwhile we used additional funds to book flight with other channel. Never again. No phone to contact service desk

Horrible Customer Service is the only way to describe Yatra.com. In my case, the airline has refunded the month but Yatra is telling me that it cannot be refunded to the Creast card because the booking as made more than 6 months ago. They say they can do a bank transfer but only to an Indian bank account. I don’t have one and so for the last week they are trying to figure out how to refund my month. Totally ridiculous.

And they dont know how to serve international customers. If you request a call back, they may call you at 3am US time.

Stay away from them and book directly with the airlines.

What a nightmare!
I recently booked an international flight with Yatra.com with reference number 1712230026325 and wanted to cancel the ticket due to change in plans.
Here's the worst experiences I had:
- Unable to Login or Signup in order to manage my booking (Error: Secure connection failed).
- There is no proper phone number to contact.
- Tried to call some of the phone numbers that I found on their "Contact Us" page. No body picks up the phone. They just hang up.
- The Yuva chatbot is useless again we need to login and none of logins work.
- Emailed them requesting the cancellation. No response after two days.
Absolutely horrible experience. Would never recommend them.

I need to reschedule my flight. But
1. Online rescheduling is not working.
2. They don't have a dedicated customer care number.
3. They don't respond to your mails soon. They just let you suffer through anxiety.

I don't know why I didn't check the reviews before even trying to waste hours with Yatra.com
Absolute disgrace, the interaction was like a rollercoaster ride. From Average to Bad to Worst to S**t. And of course losses because the flight tickets kept on getting expensive and after 3 hours of calls with them all i got was an apology, 2-3 working days to wait for my own money to come back to me, expensive ticket that I booked within 2 mins on #cleartrip.com and mental agony. I don't even know how such companies still exist in this startup culture. Click on their website on your own risk.

My parents booked a hotel though yatra, not knowing that they were dealing with crooks. We got an email 10 days after later saying that our room was no longer available but "alternate accommodation" in a rundown 2 star hotel was available (our original booking was at a 4 star beach side property). And that the original booking was non refundable (in bold) so we should confirm the other booking ASAP because the "gracious" thieves at yatra were doing US a favour by holding on to that booking for us. This is beyond bad business practice yatra, this is straight up robbery.

Update: after some haggling we were finally offered a refund. Still a very negative experience overall but not as bad as it initially seemed.
