I have booked a international flight selecting student fair but after payment of fair asked for by yatra web site received ticket showing baggage allowed 25 kgs. i.e. eligibility of student (1. 40 kgs baggage & 10% discount on Fair) has not been allowed.
The customer support team is not reachable on call.
I have been writing mails for last 10-15 days every time after 2 reminders getting a mail saying " please allow us further 24-48 or 24-72 hours for investigation" .
Further, saying that allowing 40 kgs baggage is a special request and its subject to airline's consent.
Web site is built with anomaly's so as to make fool of innocent customer

If I could give ‘0’ stars I would. Their website is never fixed. I tried to book something for a date and the booking page before payment shows me the date as a day before the on I want to book. The information is not accurate and When I reach out to customer service, Himashu Sharma replied to my emails and the reply time was pathetic. Then I told them there is a glitch in their website and he said He didn’t notice any glitch. I mean I just want to change the dates because of the poor website functions and you can’t even help your customer with that? Such poor customer service! I also attached the screenshots from the website. I mean what a scam!

I have booked a flight ticket on Yatra for 5 Dec which I have cancelled on 4 Dec after booking the flight ticket immediately.
After cancellation in my booking the ticket was showing as cancelled and while clicking on the ticket it's taking to another tab which was showing status as cancelled and amount will be partially refundable.
And there was a message that we have initiated your refund and it will be processed within 48 hrs and after 48 hrs when I didn't received any refund.
I reached out to customer care of yatra and they confirmed ticket has not been cancelled.
If ticket is not cancelled on 4 th December then how come it's showing partially refundable.
Due to the negligence of yatra team I had a loss of 22,966 Rs.

very bad experience booking online hotel, but merchant not provided room , neither yatra customer care response me , even my amount deducted from wallet but 20 days has been past, not refunded me the amount, it's very worst & untrusted site. kindly friend beware of booking thru yatra

Worst experience ever in my life. Very Very Very Pathetic service. I had booked a Thailand Trip in June 2023. Your customer Care is of no use. The names are ANKUSH THAKUR and IFTIKAAR. Useless people. Don’t know why they are paid salaries. Also your co-ordination people are like cheaters and frauds. Till you pay the full booking price, they co-ordinate nicely. Once you pay the amount, they are done. Everytime you only have to ping and call them for the itenary, flight details, hotel bookings, etc. They are least bothered. Even the itenary prepared was worst. Mr. Ankush had also promised to provide me e-vouchers but he didn’t replied anything after the trip. Looks like Yatra’s only motive is to take money from people and no body cares about the customer service. Don’t even think of booking from Yatra with your family. One of the hotel booked was so scary and lonely, we couldn’t sleep for entire night. Nobody at the hotel reception. The amount they charged, I would have travelled to multiple places in that amount if I had done on my own. Worst service. Please avoid this Travel Agency for booking. I don’t want others to suffer like we did.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I booked a hotel through the Yatra website and paid for this using my debit card. My bank was debited but I never received a voucher for my hotel stay nor a booking from Yatra. Since, I do not have a booking ref. no. I couldn't find a way on the site to communicate with them.
Then, because I wrote this review they answered me saying that I just need to give them my email address and the sum I paid. Good news...but....
I have just found a place on the site where I can send them the information. I am waiting for an answer and hope to be able to readjust my rating depending on what happens next.

I bought 8 (Rs 1000) Vouchers against my credit card points. These points are as good as cash. When I tried to make a airlines booking of Rs 12000 total amount, the app didn't allow me to use all the Vouchers. It only allowed me use one voucher of Rs 1000. On top of that, if one intents to use this voucher, hen one cannot use the promo codes with in the app. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. WHATS THE USE OF USING ONE VOUCHER OF RS 1000, RS 800 TO RS 900 DISCOUNT ONE CAN GET USING THE PROMO CODES. IT means my voucher money is completely wasted. In the similar apps like MMT or Cleartrip one is allowed to use multiple Vouchers in one booking. But here allowing to use only one voucher is ridiculous. I FEEL HOODWINKED AND CHEATED.

1) On September 12, 2023, I booked a flight departing JGA on November 20, 2023 destined to BLR
2) My online transaction was successful and I got a confirmation SMS from SBI netbanking regarding full payment of the airfare.
3) Despite a successful online transaction, I have not received any communication from YATRA.com confirming my flight reservation even after 4 days on September 16.
4) I have contacted Yatra.com using the company's online customer service form as well as email. The company does not have a customer service phone number which you can call
5) Yatra.com customer service associate has assigned Yatra "Interaction ID 39649845" to my case on September 13, 2023 and we have exchanged several emails each day since then
6) I have contacted the airline (Star Air) directly to see if there is any booking in their system in my name from Yatra.com. The Star Air associate informed me that there is NO booking in their system in my name.
7) I expect yatra.com to provide me a booking confirmation if it has charged my bank account for the same. If no booking was made, I expect an official communication stating the same and a full refund immediately. None of the two have happened in the last 4 days since my online booking transaction.

ALL WENT WRONG WITH YATRA.COM...WORST COMPANY...DON'T WASTE MONEY BY USING YATRA.COM
We booked a 6N/7D-Enchanting Ladakh-Delux private package for self, Mrs & daughter thru Yatra.com during 23rd May to 29th May2023 - Leh-Nubra valley & Pangong. Yatra booked Norling Cottage at Pangong for our one night stay. When we reached Norling Cottage at 6.30 pm on 26th May23, manager told no room available, made us wait for 2 ½ hrs in the chilling cold (temperature below freezing point) and gave a room which was a store room without basic amenities. In the meantime several calls to Yatra team (Front end at Leh & Delhi) went unanswered. As a result, due to severe cold without proper sealing/amenities in the room, low oxygen level my wife fell sick in that night and we had to leave early in the morning and she had to get admitted and take medication in two army camps that day.
The severe hardship, sufferings and mental agony we have undergone for 2 days is unimaginable, which is just because of irresponsible, negligence and unethical attitude of Yatra. It never provides accommodation in the promised category. For making money, yatra can put you - the customers in to hell. Overall Yatra is the most horrible agency, neither fit nor has capabilities to be a travel/hospitality agency. Never book any package thru Yatra and waste your hard earn money.

Back in Aug 2021, I bought flight from Pune, India to London using Yatra.Com where Vistara UK-992, 5/Sep/21 & Virgin Atlantic VS-303, 6/Sep/21, combination flights was sold to me - PUNE - New Delhi - London. My return ticket, was changed to open, by Yatra executive, but All three have only painfully not resolved my rebooking, because they can't sort their used fair!! It is now more than 1-1/2 years, I had to take new ticket when I had to fly back to India, but these three are totally careless in their customer service.
Yatra - dose not have a platform which I can access outside India. Vistara and Virgin did not help when I tried calling last year because I did not book from them direct, even though they took major part of the money!!
I would never trust them. I keep getting useless emails which only says "please allow us more time.. 24 hour and 48 hours and 72 hours" and " totally insincere "apologies for inconvenience caused" - as they still have not reached their so called 24/48/72 hours, 2 more days, next "Tuesdays" or whatever day they mention and I am still waiting for get my return ticket after 1-1/2 years! None care about customers. They have my money - and they won't return either!

The date of experience is the last email I received from Yatra - that they need time till Tuesday - which was last Tuesday 8/Aug/23 - however, the case is on and on since March 22 - when ticket was changed!
This is not a fake review - I have reference number of Yatra and proof of 100s of emails I have from them, but the issue is not resolved. I am writing to make others aware of the result of changing the return and how dis-coordinated these partner airlines and online booking agent can be! and how frustrated a customer can be after 1-1/2 years if they can't give a return booking!

I had the worst experience woth yatra.com the booked me 1 star hotel with very disgusting toilets and rooms and charged me the price of 5 star specially sales girl isha bisht , sandeep and puneet worst experience for the the trip in Kashmir if i could give them - rating I would BEWARE DO NOT BOOK WOTH THEM SAVE YOUR MONEY . I came from Australia and decided to travel to Kashmir with family the hotel was disgusting star of kashmir and driver was samdeep he was the worst person.

I booked a trip to Europe through Yatra tours in collaboration with Wow World and I must say that my experience was horrible. From the moment I arrived at my first hotel in Paris until the end of the trip, I encountered several issues that greatly affected my overall enjoyment. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions when planning their travels.
Poor Hotel Selection:
The hotels provided by WOW WORLD and Yatra were well below my expectations.
They were supposed to be 4 star properties but they were more like dorm rooms All the hotel accommodations were very far from the city centre, they were literally on the outskirts of Europe The rooms were outdated, poorly maintained, and lacked basic amenities.
Air conditioners were not considered as a priority considering European summers It felt like the accommodations hadn't been properly vetted before being included in the package. I specifically requested comfortable and modern accommodations, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
The room were very small considering the triple-sharing bases. This greatly impacted my overall comfort and relaxation during the trip.
Lunch and dinner -
The repetition of the menu for both lunch and dinner was highly noticeable. Indian food like potato sabji and channas were served every day every where .It felt as though the same set of dishes were being served repeatedly, without any effort to offer different choices or cater to varying
Lack of Response and Customer Service:
One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience with specifically Yatra was the lack of responsiveness from their customer service team. The agent I spoke name- MR .MANISH SRIVASTVA encountered various issues during my trip and attempted to reach out for assistance, but my calls went unanswered .There was no proper guidance before the trip from the agent were rest of the customers were given a proper guidance and knowledge about the trip form their agents which was expected from when I reached out to Manish to discuss these problems, they not only ignored my complaints but also denied accepting the existence of any issues. It is highly unprofessional for a travel company's agent to dismiss valid concerns and refuse to take responsibility for their shortcomings. Yatra team should consider this and take actions against. Tour guide- Mr.Anubhav Sahu (WOW WORLD)
In addition to the lack of cooperation, the tour manager displayed a consistently negative attitude. They seemed impatient, dismissive, and unapproachable. Any attempt to seek guidance or ask questions was met with rudeness and condescension. The tour manager's negative demeanor created an unwelcoming and uncomfortable environment for us detracting from the overall enjoyment of the trip

Good part of MR. Shau was he has good knowledge about history and it’s past of each and every city which was appreciated
Upon comparings notes with fellow travellers-
I discovered that the cost I paid for the tour was significantly higher than what other customers paid for the exact same package. This unfair discrepancy in pricing left me feeling deceived and undervalued as a customer. I expected transparency and fairness in pricing from a reputable travel company like YATRA and MR. MANISH
In conclusion, my experience with yatra and wow world was extremely disappointing. The poor hotel selection, inadequate breakfast options, and lack of response from their customer service team greatly impacted the quality of my trip. I expected better from a reputable travel company and regret choosing them for my European adventure. I hope that Yatra and wow world takes these criticisms seriously and works towards improving their services for future customers˜
