I had trouble logging in to the Yay app on my new phone; it kept asking for my phone number and wouldn’t accept my email and password. There was no password reset option either, so I was completely stuck.
Dom from the support team was brilliant! He quickly understood the problem and guided me through the solution step by step. He was patient, professional, and made sure everything was working before closing the case.
Thanks to Dom, I can now use the app again without any issues. Excellent customer service, highly recommended!

Yay technical support services (including phone number porting) worked incredibly hard for me.
The change of voice to YAY was smooth.
I purchased 2 Yealink AX86R phones from NetXL (cheaper than from anywhere else). Fantastic, strong, dust and water proof.
YAY then set them up for me as I was on-line. Within seconds the phones were working.
Brilliant phones. Forget DECT wireless phones and get wi-fi phones if you have good internet and WiFi. These phones are VOIP only which means if you have FTTP/FULL FIBRE they work without any need for plugging into a phone 'converter'.
Due to the vagaries of the telecoms market (BT or Open Reach) getting things wrong my 'home number' took a while to be ported across. But YAY succeeded in setting up my phone in minutes and porting across my number.
User friendly, technically aware and determined staff. Determined to do right by their customers.

I was eventually satisfied. Initially, I was offered a 10-year domain renewal, so I accepted it, and paid. Dom Baker then wrote to say that he had refunded my payment, because a 10-year contract wasn′t allowed for my account. However, the refund did not appear on my credit card, so I telephoned - twice - to speak to Dom Baker, but he did not return the call. This was most unimpressive. However, I spoke to Junaid and then Charlie, who kindly talked me through the issue. Once I could see that the transaction had been cancelled, I did then take out a 9-year contract, with which I am satisfied.
I called the customer service desk today because I was struggling with figuring out how to use the account. I was lucky enough to be connected with Rowan who was extremely helpful and kind. He spent a lot of time patiently explaining things till I got my head round it all. A really stand out experience!

I have given them 3 days to get back to me about taking money out of my account but not upgrading me as per the invoice. I had paid for their middle tier package after already just paying for the Core package. Firstly, they didn't adjust the cost and took the full amount and after paying for both tier's I am still stuck on the Core package. I have emailed 3 times now and no one has responded. Shoddy business relations!
First class support and customer service. Calls are answered quickly, support staff always friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. I have dealt with many telecoms providers in my 31 years in business and can honestly say, that Yay have been the best by far.

Not clear on their prices they use pushy sales tactics and charge for everything paying over 20 quid two users when I pay circleloop 15 pounds two users and my phone number. they not tell you this when signing up been mislead.
