The program is very informative and gives around the clock support that is well worth the subscription.
I have been prescribed the right medication for my needs and am having much success with it.

Sor far so good , I like the app and both my doctor and my coach are nice. An extra feature would be have face to face calls with them once a month or so, I understand that might be difficult since we don’t speak the same language but still is a wish to have .

I am writing this review to share my personal experience with Yazen, which I found to be deeply concerning.
Prescription and Medication Safety:
My doctor at Yazen prescribed a 15mg Mounjaro pen with instructions to inject a 3.75mg dose per week. According to the manufacturer's official guidelines, the pen must be discarded 30 days after its first use. Based on the dosage I was prescribed, this meant I would be using medication from a pen that was well past its 30-day expiration date. This was presented to me as a way to save money, but it left me feeling that my health and safety were not the top priority.
Medical Advice on Contraception:
I specifically asked my doctor about potential interactions between Mounjaro and my oral birth control pills. My clear understanding from our conversation was that there were no issues. However, I later found publicly available medical research (for example, PubMed study #37940101, published in 2023) which states that Mounjaro can delay gastric emptying and may reduce the effectiveness of oral contraceptives. Discovering this discrepancy between the advice I received and published medical evidence was very alarming.
Quality of Support:
In my interactions with the psychological support offered through the app, I found the responses to be impersonal and generic. They did not feel like a personalized or genuine interaction with a healthcare professional, which was not the level of care I expected.
Customer Service:
When I emailed the company to outline these serious issues and request to cancel my subscription, the response I received did not address my specific safety concerns. I was told, "we will talk to your doctor and after her reply we will cancel your subscription."
Conclusion:
Overall, my experience left me feeling unheard and concerned about the service's practices. I would strongly advise potential customers to be aware of these issues and to conduct thorough research before making a decision.

On the question of birth control and Mounjaro: the study you reference (PubMed ID 37940101) indeed shows that tirzepatide may delay gastric emptying, which can affect absorption of oral medications like contraceptive pills. This is an important insight from 2023, and we acknowledge that evolving data requires continuous updates to our guidance. A medical deviation has been reported, as this information should be known to the prescribing physician. Specific instructions regarding reinforced contraception—such as the use of condoms or an intrauterine device—during the initial phase of tirzepatide treatment were included already at the time of the drug’s registration. The daily reminders are great! The programme itself is a little expensive for the monthly subscription, but the community is very helpful and the nutrition and exercise tutorials are interesting. The fact that the doctor and coach interact with you makes it an all-round professional programme which has the patient/client at heart.

I was initially pleased when Yazen offered a free test, which I gladly accepted. However, after the test was completed, they contacted me, stating that there had been a mistake and that I now had to pay because the offer was only for new customers.
I haven’t used their services for over a year, so I assumed I qualified. Instead of honoring their original offer, they shifted the rules after the fact, which feels unfair and unprofessional. This kind of miscommunication and lack of accountability leaves a bad impression. I expected better.

Best weightloss experience, start asap if you can!
I am writing this review since I was a bit scary at the beging of this journey and I didn't knew anyone that tried this weightloss medication. First of all the costs are really affordable even if you are not crazy rich. I weekly spend around 50 euros for the yazen support + the medication, if i think about how much i was eating out or binge eating before i am actually saving money. Second: the results are real. This is my 3rd week in and I am 8kg down. This is crazy and I feel full of energy! I know that this medication works differently on everyone but to be honest this is the first thing that is working for me after years of diets where I was only struggling! This is improving my life and thanks to yazen I have a full support from a psycologist, a doctor and a coach!

I’ve been using this weight loss app for a while, and overall, it offers great value with its insightful learnings and access to a doctor, coach, and psychologist who provide continuous support throughout the journey. However, there are two areas that could be improved. First, the pricing—since weight loss is a long-term commitment, the monthly fees should be more accessible to encourage users to stay engaged. Second, while this is personal, I find it contradictory that many of the professionals guiding me through weight loss are also seem overweight. Given the app’s emphasis on the health risks of being overweight, I would expect role models in this space to lead by example, which would help build more trust and credibility.
