I like the fact that there so much info in the app and there is an English speaking group app. Both the coach and the doctor assigned to me were great at answering at the start. The doctor is still responsive whereas the coach takes time to answer questions which is annoying.
Only thing I would recommend is to have a calories etc counter in the app or connected to the APP so that the coach or doctor can review food and movement log which in turn would allow even better guidance.

Great so far?

I love the fact that this service exists and the ease of use. However the price is extremely expensive, especially when you then have to pay privately for the medication on top. Perhaps it is a fairer price relative to salaries in some countries, but in Spain the cost is prohibitive, especially if you see this as a long-term treatment. For the fact it exists in Spain, I would give it 5 stars. For the cost, less than 1!

Great app, coaching and support!

I have improved in my eating and lost weight it working.

I like the program because it covers different disciplines, you have a coach who helps you, resolves concerns, you have an assigned doctor and that makes you feel safe

I am happy if people have success with this program, but I just see it as a well thought out cash grab. The obese market is like an endless fountain of money and misery. No one really wants to fix the problem if they can capitalize on it instead. Hence why they give you a medication that requires a subscription and tell you, "This is a lifelong treatment. The weight will come right back if you discontinue the medication."

Though, I did like the doctor that looked at my blood test results. They made great suggestions. I wish they'd have doctors that were tasked with diagnosing illnesses. They'd make a lot more money since most vårdcentrals typically just say, "It's stress. Drink tea. Don't worry about the brown urine, kidney pain, hair loss or sudden psychosis. Lemon balm will fix everything." Instead of exploiting obese people... how about you help sick people and offer prevenative care?

The APP is really difficult to login.
I haven't been able to get access to it for more than a week.
Soon I have to pay the second month and I think it's sad when I haven't been able to contact my team or to use the application as I should do.

It’s been a month since joining Yazen, I like the easy access to doctors and dietitians. But I have a huge problem to access the forum and the community posts as they are all in Swedish. I changed my app language to English but everything in the forums and recipes is in Swedish and that makes it extremely hard for me to follow the information and take full advantage of the service. Gladly the doctor and dietitian speak English but some instructions on how to use the medication were in Swedish so I had to do the translation by myself. I feel that I don’t get the full value of the service.

I had a great experience speaking with the doctors on Yazen. They responded very helpfully to all my questions and concerns. The results of the testing came quickly and everything was really efficient. I would recommend this service.

The experience so far has been great! A lot of support from different experts, especially the doctor and the trainer :)
