Do not use this company. Total scammers. Had to open a dispute case with PayPal to get my money back.

Scammers, waited a month for water sealant spray only for it to arrive , tiny ,minute not the can they advertised it at, cost £12 available on Amazon etc at £2 RUBBISH

I ordered DIY felt Christmas Tree a few months ago after an ad I saw on Facebook. I received no confirmation email but was charged through paypal. Product has not arrived and customer service is not responding to emails. I wasn't even aware of the company name until I was researching it to try and find out why my package has not arrived. Its a lesson to me to be more cautious of who I buy from in future. Also Facebook should not allow scam companies to promote on their platform but they don't seem to care.

Having read these reviews l am seriously worried. I have the nasty feeling l have lost my money. It wasn't a lot but I would rather not have it happen.

I have not yet determined if MyGeniusGifts.com is a scam, but I can say that their customer service is terribly poor. I ordered a product on 8/10 and immediately received confirmation of that order. It is now 8/26 and I have emailed their customer service twice requesting status of the order; once in the morning of 8/25 and again in the morning of 8/26. My next email, which will be the morning of 8/27, will be to cancel the order. I will not order from them again as this experience has certainly been poor.

I finally received the product and used it a few times. It broke. Snapped right in two at the thinnest point. They said I could send it back to China and they would refund my money, which is likely less than the shipping, or I could keep it and they would refund 30% of my money. This for a product that broke and is completely useless.

I am currently under review with PayPal to see if I can get a full refund.

Bought a rivet gun drill extension through facebook ad. Clearly a deliberate scam. Rivets worth pennies arrived but no rivet gun extension. Have launched claim through paypal. Purcase comes up as lakesaker part of Ycimedia. Chinese scam.

Bought two items, received only one, no reply to any of my emails.

I received my order for 2 spelling games. They are very poorly packed, not as illustrated and definitely a rip off. I recommend nobody uses this company again

I ordered the 'pressure washer' what a load of rubbish that turned out to be. I could pee more pressure than that.
They require it returning to China to obtain a refund.

What a load of crap do not touch this site its a scam bought what was supposed to be heated body warmer size large arrived after almost a month no sender address no info on how to charge no contact details at all.DO NOT TOUCH THEM what a scam.

Can't give lower than a 1 star... Bought a cake mould.... It's not even big enough to make an ice cube in. Full sized mould was used in the advert. How are they allowed to get away with it! From other reviews it seems they do though. Fuming!

Recently bought 2 Gothic T-Shirts for £53.98 as seen on facebook. Absolute rubbish flimsy material no makers ident. Sort of thing you would buy at a market stall Value about £10 Tried to contact NOT able to get text through Trying PAYPAL but seeing other comments on here not holding my breath. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

This is a huge scam, sends defective items and doesn't respond to emails and chase up emails. AVOID!

After viewing a advert on line I ordered a electric brush from this site when the item arrived it was just the replacement brushes I tried to contact them and received no reply .
Steer clear!!!!!

Total rubbish, bought a bra, too small, poor quality and no return label, not answering emails, will go back to PayPal.

Well I feel a complete idiot, along with all these unfortunate innocent people. we purchased an Electric Drill Puzzle and the advert shows an electiric drill my grandson loves all daddy electric tools so this looked perfect and educational. Surprise when it turned up £32 later no sign of an electric drill antwhere, we have wrapped it and have purchased other presents but feel totally mugged by these W.ankers. Karma will check these out I promise you.

I received a zipper repair kit today. I had tried to cancel the order after reading these reviews but they dont respond to emails. The kit is rubbish, the zipper puller just falls off when I try to zip the zip up and then it just fell apart. Absolute rubbish and extortionate cost for it. Dont buy anything from this company.
