Absolute SCAM. Comfybear order not fulfilled. Lied constantly. Now reported as consumer fraud

U ordered two son watches and never received them. They are scammers. Don't order anything from them

I ordered goods and they did not apply the discount and added a £10 tip. I tried to resolve the issue through PayPay and trey were next to useless. Currently I don’t have the giraffe toys for my granddaughter I wanted for her birthday and I’m out pocket by £78.15

I bought 2 of the Small CCTV Cameras, They were delivered promptly I tried to set them up on My Mobile Phone and THAT is when the Fun started!!!
Following the direction was a Nightmare with NO REALLY Direction..
I tried Emailing for Help but as Yet, after 3 email to them, I have NOT received One Reply
So ANYONE thinking of buying and Product them this Company THINK TWICE IT'S A SCAM THEY DON'T WORK

This company advertise womans sandas withba Clarks logo attached to advert. This is a con as Clarks have nompart of these shoddy sandals which a really fit for the bin and not even good enough for charity shop. Such a shame that Facebook accept the advert for publication as does Paypal. Absolute crap. Avoid this company like the plague. Chinese rip off mercants.

I ordered a transparent waterproof coating agent on 17 January 2023, paying via Paypal. When I checked my account it stated the item had been sent out on 21st January but here we are, on 30th January, and nothing has arrived. I've emailed the company so we'll see how soon it takes them to send the item or refund my payment. I wish I'd looked at these reviews beforehand then I wouldn't have ordered it. I was desperate for something to stop a trickle of rainwater from coming down my double glazed window that not even a window company could find where the problem lay

I just ordered a Soldering kit because it is shown to work quite well. After reading several terrible reviews I'm concerned il never get it or it will be junk. I would like to be their first happy customer.

Ordered a soldering iron kit on nov.28 2022 and still have not received it 2 months later. Cannot get a response from them.

If I could write 0 stars I would. I ordered gloves from them Dec 16. Almost a month later…nothing. Tried to contact them, no luck. Don’t buy anything from them!!! Total rip off.

Ordered 4 In Memorium Christmas ornaments from this company and they arrived in an envelope and were all destroyed..I emailed them many times and never got a response so I took it up through PayPal and they only want to give me 50% refund and I have to pay for shipping to send them back and I refused..haven't heard from them since...DONT BUY FROM HERE

Purchased some phone holders for presents...got them but boxes look like someone stomped on them.. Packed in a plastic shipping envelope so, I guess, damage was to be expected. Will buy elsewhere in the future.

ComfyBear.co.uk seem to be a front for Lakeside Inc, which is a front for cymedia.com, who have a history of doing this.

Do not buy anything from this company, they took my money weeks ago and no product arrived. Emailed them on numerous occasions with no response. I have asked for telephone contact details and no response again. A complete scam.

I placed my order on Nov. 7 they took my money the same day and nothing. I have sent emails asking for my product and nothing. No way to get in touch with them..

I just came across this company in my pre-approved payments in Paypal. I didn't know what it was for so looked up the company and read all these negative reviews. I was quite worried wondering what on earth I had paid for and were they going to continue taking money from me. But when I looked into what it was I had bought, I realised it was a folding travel bag I had ordered. I have received this bag and I am pleased with it. It was exactly as I expected it to be. It was well made and as described in the advert. My only gripe is that it took some time to arrive on a slow boat from China. It was actually around 3 weeks and it was only because of this that I marked it down a star. I'm not sure about what has happened with all these unhappy customers, but I have to say that I am not one of them. Perhaps my experience is unique, but sometimes it is only the bad reviews that get written.
