I purchased these gloves after being led to believe they were electrically heated. Paid almost £20 worth about £5 so rubbish really.

Have tried emailing but no one responds - not sure how to go about getting my refund of £44.97 back...

I asked to buy three glasses on 17 January 2021 and I paid $50.96 USD for them and so far, they didn't send them even though I sent them an email but they didn't send the reply, I think it's a scam company and it stole everyone's money. I am thinking now to do dispute against them if I don't get the glasses this week or receive a reply to my email.

I have ordered a Hirudo Kitchen sink cleaner 30 days ago and never showed up. Sent hundreds email but no reply. This is totally SCAM!!! Beware.

I ordered in September and I never received it.....neither the money back

I ordered 2 items on 18th Jan but did not receive them. I emailed the company but got no reply. I decided to seek help from PayPal but when I logged in on 2nd Feb I saw that there was a message in German about my order. It was from Kaus - Kunder service. My German was sufficient for me to understand that I needed to contact them at a different email address
I did so on 3rd Feb. I received my items yesterday 4th Feb. Hope this helps anyone who has tried a different email address for this company.

I ordered this double sided pancake frying pan

I ordered this on the 23/1/21 & was delivered on 30/1/21 this item was in a flimsy cardboard covering in a cheap and nasty jiffy bag
The cardboard cover & jiffy bag were damaged & once taken out of the flimsy packaging the joke of a pancake pan is tacky and also cheap and nasty the sort of thing you'd buy at a boot sale for £3
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement it's rubbish !!!

Like other sent for waterproofing liquid. Arrived after 6 weeks. About two tablespoons of stuff.Tried to contact YCI..no good. Cost £12.99 and the invoice attached says 5.01, is it euros or Hong Kong dollars.???
Disgusted that at this time in peoples lives they are allowed to exploit. One star, only because you can't write a comment. Really no stars and black list.

Absolute SCAM ordered engraving pen, has never turned up, have sent numerous emails, nothing back.
Also I would never clink a link now advertised on social media as this seems to be what happens to people, media line fb should take some responsibility too. Doesn't deserve any ratings - 100

not appy, ordered waterproof spray and thought i was getting spray can size item but was the size of eardrops lotion, maybe it is.
