ordered items took ages to deliver and they are rubbish don't work, cannot get a response from them so I am stuck with rubbish and a loss of money, just not right

Ordered a S/steel folding sink drain. I provided the size of the sink. The product sent was the wrong size-too small. I contacted them, but they wanted an invoice number, which wasn't provided to me, so I sent the numbers from Paypal. Apparently, that wasn't good enough, so now we're playing email tag. Paypal is no help. Buying from better sources from now on.

Haven’t received confirmation of order nor shipment date. PayPal is not helpfuk

Bought sharpener. Took two weeks to appear. Absolute tat. Cheap nasty tat from China and charged me in all including p&p £13.98.

NO NO NO NO NO I want it all back! what have they lost? nothing!q so why can't they send ALL my money back? WELL if they can do this to a million people and return half of what they received they are making money not selling a thing!!!YES they are SCAMMERS and I will report them to YouTube and see what they do? So here I am venting to no one and everyone about a phantom no one knows and probably never know, middle finger to them and a wake up call to me. buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a key chain for my son for his birthday in the 15th and still have not received it my sons b-day was the 24 10 days or has been already but they sure got their money.I would like my purchase and a refund but I know rhats not gonna happen.

Slick adds for junk products. I ordered the Titanium far and near reading glasses. They are worthless, I can't see anything thru them except a blur. They want my invoice # to process a refund. I sent the one listed on my paypal reciept, they said they can't find it, so I guess I wont be getting a refund. They have my shipping info and proof of payment that should be enough for them to issue a refund.

Can't think of anything positive, communication lousy, one speed, slow, best avoided.

I ordered the hard boiled egg cooker & paid by paypal on 10.04.21 but didn't receive them. I have emailed them several times quoting my order & proof of payment but to date don't have the goods or a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

I agree with all the rest, but didn't see this in time. Complete crap products.

Don’t buy anything!! Ordered a bandeau bra! Biggest load of rubbish. Nothing like the advert, horrid colour terrible stitching!! E mailed twice but still no reply! Absolute rip off 😡

Horrendous company...AVOID. They send any old rubbish e.g. totally wrong sized phone case. Then say you can’t return due to covid and offer a 50% refund. They are still making shed loads of money with this crooked and dishonest business model. Just don’t buy from them...save yourself wasted time and money!

I’ve bought a mop for 12.98 it’s this email address but it’s zimomo LLC on my PayPal not 15 March I know it’s not long but I’ve emailed them 3 times and no answer would like some answers

Ordered a jigsaw, received my order, eventually. Made the jigsaw and found there is a piece missing. 🧩😳 Have sent emails, no response at all. Under the sale of goods act, not fit for purpose.

Antasie took my order processed it as Ycimedia on my debit card. The whole lot is a fraudulent scam. Antasie on their own Web support page auto fills the address as Antasie.couk which clearly isn't correct. They never reply to my emails. I'm now reporting both of the to company house for investigation for fraud and deception
